I have had this computer for a little over a month now. I wanted to make sure I had used it well enough to know what it was truly like. This computer is advertised as a gaming laptop and it is not at all. Freezing and slow and very time consuming to use for games. Even the simplest of games will not run smoothly. Battery life. If you want to use this as a school computer it is not worth it. The battery life will not hold up. Energy saver mode and all is on and only has a 1 hour and 15 minute to 1 hour and 30 minute battery life from fully charged unplugging right then and start using it will be dead within those times. When lid closed nothing going on not using it at all the battery will die in about 9 hours. Read reviews it’s important. It does have a good storage capacity but without the ability to run it it is useless. Very slow computer. when first started it took 2 days to update. I turned it on and went through the setup process and never stopped it from working on its own and two days later I was able to use it for the first time. ... show more

IF YOURE A SIMS PLAYER READ!! This is a very nice computer for me, the volume is kind of quiet even when it’s all the way up, the battery life is a little poor and it doubles as a nice heating pad buts its nice. It runs the sims very nicely, I don’t have any mods but I have lots of CC and it runs well. Rather unimportant but the keyboard light works like once in a blue moon lol. Great Value. I needed a computer to do the basics as i mostly just check emails, surf the web, and check stocks. Startup is quick and pages load quickly The oversize touchpad ia great feature although I did buy a bluetooth mouse that made operation much smoother. I set up the fingerprint login quite easily. Overall I would highly reccomend especially for the price. Im not sure this could be a gmaing computer or why it is advertised as such but for $250 this would make an excellent basic laptop or student laptop. someone whodoesnt need it to run high memory programs. One SMall gripe is that I use the nummber keypad alot . I specifically wanted a new computer that had the number pad. The way the pad is set up with the zero not on th ebottom middle takes some serious getting used to.. Makes things very annoying at times ... show more

It is nice enough, but not a gaming laptop. It has major lag on the internet and just using microsoft Word. Very slow even for a writing laptop. It also had Chinese versions of all the programs installed on it as well. Just takes up a lot of space.

I like the laptop a lot. It runs fast even with 12+ open tabs. I love that it comes with a good amount of storage, I don't see the need to add storage anytime soon or if at all. The screen is nice and bright and i don't get much glare so using it even with sunlight on the screen you can still see what you are doing. The battery is on the good side i am getting OVER 8 hours on one full charge. i Had no problem getting wifi on my laptop and i get good single no matter where i am in my house.
