I bought this because my back and shoulders have been really tense lately, and I just needed something simple to use at home. After a few uses, I can say it actually helps. It’s strong enough to relax tight muscles, especially after a long day. I like that I can switch the intensity depending on how I feel. Sometimes I use it on a lower setting just to relax, sometimes stronger when I feel more tension. It’s also easy to hold and use on different parts of the body. For the price, it does what I needed. I’m glad I got it.

There are two things I really like about this product. One, the noise level really is very reasonable. Bear in mind I wear earplugs when using an electric mixer as I don't like anything remotely loud, and even I found this noise level completely manageable. The second thing I like is the sort of steering wheel (reminds me of "driving" toys I had as a child) setup with handles on the sides. You can hold this right over areas like thighs and calves, or glide this over another person, just using those handles. The balls do not roll like a massager but instead vibrate with different intensities and patterns. Some just vibrate, other modes go in small spurts of vibrations. The stronger patterns don't seem to make much of a difference. The intensities do. It takes some getting used to as the vibrations can make my skin feel very itchy. I got used to this so make sure you give this product a full try to get used to the odd sensations. The design makes it easy to use for legs and for your lower back as long as you don't lean too hard on the device. It is hard to use for neck, upper back, and shoulder relief though. You can't lay on it per the instructions. I try to sit still and lean on it to hold it in place to use on a sore sport on my upper back and my consistently painful shoulder blade area. The massager tends to slip down if you do not lean hard enough to keep it in place, but if you lean too hard, the vibrations slow down. You can also undo the good you've done with this when having to reach above or around your back or shoulder to get it into place. It sounds silly but I wish there were a strap or such to hold it in place. You may be able to place the massager on a reclined chair, then lean back carefully to make sure it is aligned with your sore area.

This multiple head massage gun is really powerful. The battery works long time and fast to charge. I leave it in my car and when ever I am tired, I use it to relax myself. With 16 heads, I can easily use it on any part of my body. I use it on my waist and shoulders a lot. It is so convenient and I am not even need to hold it. This is a really good option to release your hand to massage yourself.

The media could not be loaded. Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product This is great for what I’d call recreational or amateur massage use. It’s broad rather than pinpoint. You’re not isolating very specific trigger points or individual muscles — it’s more of a general loosen-up, feel-good machine. And for that purpose, it absolutely has value, especially for someone who isn’t a professional massage therapist. If you’re more serious or professional about deep tissue work, this would probably serve better as a complement to a traditional percussion gun that allows you to isolate tight areas more precisely. It doesn’t have the same concentrated strength as a percussion gun, but that output is distributed over a much wider surface area. So overall, it delivers a pretty solid and useful level of massage — just in a different way. You can adjust the power level, and it does get pretty strong at the higher settings, especially considering how broad an area it covers. You can also adjust the massage pattern, though I personally find it most efficient to use it in continuous mode rather than the on-off pulse patterns — but that may just be personal preference. It also includes a red light therapy feature. To be honest, it doesn’t seem very intense or add much noticeable benefit, but it’s there. As a portable massage tool, I think it’s decent overall — just best used as described above: more of a broad, feel-good, loosen-up, relaxing massage device rather than something intended for serious therapeutic deep tissue work. Also watch the price. he was listed at over $100 when I saw it which seems a bit high. I would probably value this more fairly in the $60-$75 range.

I thought this was going to have way more power but alas it is weak and provides no pain relief. It’s not very noisy and doesn’t weigh very much (tiny battery) but…..when I put it on the floor bals down, it bounces around like a crazed bug and my kids love it. Have not to had to recharge it yet so the tiny battery lasts a long time. Oh and that infrared light. Lol. Funny stuff.
