Definitely a price gouge on those with this terrible trouble. Also if you don't want the neighborhood to know your business, order more than one... otherwise the slap a shipping label to the outside of the product box; yes the highly visible white and red box with BEDBUGS written all over it. For this price, you'd think that they would, and should provide greater assistance in the way of customer discretion.

When I received the interceptors, the box was open, and I don't mean just the top, I mean all the way down the side as well. I inspected the interceptors and they looked okay, but I expected them to be sealed in something and they weren't. I probably wouldn't buy this product again just based on the fact that the packaging was opened and I was already paranoid about bugs getting into products that I buy. They fit on the legs of my furniture well, and so far I haven't caught anything or found anything in the bedding, so hopefully that means that the bed bug problem I had is eradicated. (I went so far as to buy a new bed frame, mattress, mattress encasement, and these interceptors, as well as to repeatedly vacuum and clean the carpet.) Just buyer beware, if you get an open box, check the product well.

This is a great idea and an innovative concept. The design is simple enough but it makes sense. I have not had them in my house for a long enough time to determine how well they work, However so far so good. I will provide an update later if new information becomes apparent. I do like the fact that the item comes in 8 pack which is enough for 2 beds. Perfect. Bear in mind you may need 2 people to put these under your bed legs. One person to hold the bed 1 person to push the interceptor in place.
