Just installed it today, so I can’t say how well it’s holding up, but it seems very heavy duty. I only ordered one so far, but if it holds up I will order two more for our other garage doors. The install was easy but you need a caulk gun, just FYI. Hopefully this will keep the elements and little bugs out of my garage.

We unrolled the strip completely so it could relax overnight. I made sure we had a clean & dry garage floor near the door. . I put the strip approximately where I thought it should go according to directions. I put the garage door down and then pushed the strip up against the bottom of garage door. Our garage door is old and bent in places (teenage drivers!). This way I achieved a secure fit. I then used a pencil and drew the outline on the floor. Lifted the door and strip. My husband put down the adhesive (It was hard to squeeze though) inside the outline. Then put down the strip aligning to outline on floor. Adjusted it a tiny bit. We waited two days before driving over it. It is wonderful and leaves and rain no longer fill my garage. I’m happy.

Open the included adhesive is a pain and its stained my garage floor. wish it came with a stensile to know exactly where to place. Instructions are terrible and very general. After installing it left a gap which now I have to replace the garage door seal now.
