Great ladder that’s compact and takes up little room when storing. It’s got more weight then a fiberglass ladder that doesn’t fold or telescope but is a lot more versatile. It folds flat opens to a regular A shaped ladder and fully opens to make it reach a full 16ft. The telescoping is a little unusual if you’ve never used one but is easy to figure out especially if you read the directions. It can be a little unusual to move around if not fully extended as it wants to telescope open when you pick it up which can be frustrating and cause it to become longer on one side then the other. I like that it has a small footprint and I can carry it around in one hand. If carrying items in my other hand, this is awkward and can become burdensome if used all day. I was hoping to replace my other similar purpose ladders with this because going through a self closing door with a long ladder with your hands loaded down is a race trying to not let the door bang you. However with those ladders being lighter, I'll probably stick with them and only use this where it's telescoping feature makes it more practical. ... show more

Some people have complained that this ladder didn't seem sturdy.. But we're not using it fully extended but rather as an adjustable step ladder to get to a car lift at height. I like that it stores in less space that other step ladders.

It's can collapse to a small size to fit in tight spaces like a closet or trunk. I used it today to power wash my mothers raised ranch. Fully extended it does have some bow to it. I weigh 190 pounds and it held up well. For the price it's worth it.

I love this ladder! The engineering is amazing. It extends very easily and collapses back down easily as well. It is solidly built and lightweight. I highly recommend it. I needed a tall ladder to access the roof of my travel trailer and to clean off the slide outs. This is just right for the job.
