I was a bit skeptical of buying this scooter because the product is fairly new to the market. I did a lot of research trying to see if it’s worth getting since a lot of people mentioned its poor durability, for example, rear suspension breaking on them. What got me a bit skeptical before buying this scooter is the fact there are two other listings with different rating, which was a bit weird for me. I bought it from this listing because of the coupon. The scooter is great itself. Make sure to place a zip-tie around the wire for the motor in the back. Some people have said how the wire was being chewed on by the wheel. Also, check to see if bolts are loose when assembling it. A lot of people mentioned about loose bolts. So far as of now, mine is doing pretty solid. It’s massive and lasts for a while. I was able to only get around 10 miles on it and the battery bar is still full. Speed can vary from person-to-person because of their weight. I weigh 154 lbs and the top speed I got was 36 mph/57 km/h. It’s heavy but that’s to be expected from a ginormous scooter. I love everything about this scooter. I hope it exceeds my expectations and not break down on me. I will update my review when that happens. Update: I’m starting to notice some design flaws with the scooter. Firstly, the headlight placement is atrociously bad. I don’t who had a good idea to place the headlight at the front board rather than actual front of the scooter. Secondly, the rear brake wire at the front on the left side could have installed better. If you turn the head of the front wheel a lot, the metal frame will start to rub on the braking wire. I suggest putting tape on it to prevent it from being chewed away. The two circles in the photos are where the wire is being chewed on. Other than that, I still love this scooter. It just needs better placements for the wires and headlights.

I take this thing camping every weekend, and it crushes dirt trails and rocky paths! The 11-inch anti-slip tires soak up bumps like a pro—no jarring rides like my old scooter. Battery hits 38 miles per charge, which is more than enough to explore the whole campground and head back. NFC unlock is so handy (no more losing keys!), and the LED headlights light up trails after dark. Zero maintenance so far—just ride and enjoy!

I have to return the scooter, because I misunderstood the description. I thought the tires were 11" wide, which would give it great stability. Actually, they were 11" in diameter, which made it even less stable. I never tried it, because it would be absolutely unsafe for me. Also, the seller carefully avoided saying that this product was originally intended for racing. Nowhere in the description do the words "F5 racing" appear, but it's branded on the product in several places when you receive it. In the picture, they have cleverly angled the scooter so that you can't read the words properly (even enlarging it, you can't read it--see below) I am a 64 year old woman, hoping to find a scooter that would let me stand, but provide more stability than most. If I had seen the word "racing" in the description, I certainly would not have bought it. Between the fact that they totally avoided mentioning "F5 racing" in association with this product, and the way they have hidden it in the picture, I suspect bad faith on the part of the seller. There's no fool like an old fool, I guess.

Was worried about riding in snow/slush, but these 11-inch anti-slip tires are a godsend! Grips well on icy sidewalks and slushy streets—way better than my old scooter’s thin tires. Battery holds up in 30°F weather too; I ride 10 miles each way to work, and it never dies mid-trip. Headlights cut through foggy winter evenings. Only thing: fold gets a little stiff in cold, but a quick wiggle fixes it. Great winter ride!
