This is a very nice golf cart charger. Instead of the 30-pound behemoths of times past with a single timer as it's only option, this modern charger incorporates a variety of features and fully automatic operation. To start it's very lightweight, only 5.5 pounds, has a handle and comes with a 16-foot power cord. It has a fully sealed aluminum body and surprisingly, an IP67 waterproof rating. This is impressive for a battery charger and means the charger can be submerged in water 1 meter deep for up to one half an hour, not that you should ever do that. What it does mean though is that you can leave the charger outside, connected and running without worrying about rain or moisture. This charger is very compact and charges at 48 volts and up to 15 amps. It will automatically charge at maximum amperage and taper off as full charging is reached. Once batteries are charged, it will enter a trickle charge maintenance mode. Totally easy operation and multiple safety features including over current, voltage, over-heat, overload, short-circuit, and reverse polarity connection. It also comes with a one-year warranty. I have other chargers for my golf cart but this one has become my "go-to".

I bought this 15 Amp charger for my EZGO TXT 48V golf cart after my old charger finally gave out, and I couldn't be happier with the performance so far. Pros: ✅ Fast Charging: Charges my lead-acid batteries much faster than my previous 12A charger. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in overall charging time. ✅ Perfect Fit: The upgraded 3-pin triangle plug fits perfectly into my EZGO TXT without any hassle or modification. ✅ Build Quality: Solid and sturdy design—feels durable and doesn’t get overly hot during use. ✅ Plug and Play: No setup needed. Just plug it in, and it gets to work. Very user-friendly even if you’re not super technical. ✅ LED Indicators: The LED lights make it easy to see the charging status at a glance. Cons: 🔋 Slightly bulkier than my old charger, but that’s not really a problem since it just sits in my garage anyway.
