Hey, all. The first thing I want to say is “do not get overwhelmed”. Lol. The instructions and everything you need to do and know are all in that manual. Just follow it step by step. Also, there are videos included, just scan the QR code using your camera phone and it will take you to the youtube video. I had a hard time understanding the two bluetooth connection and I reached out to the customer service via whatsapp, they helped me quickly. I would suggest doing it in the late afternoon here in the US so it’s daytime overseas (13-15 hrs time difference). Just follow exactly how the manual shows you on how to work the carplay and you will be fine. Do not get confused by two bluetooth connections. If I paid more attention to the manual and watched the video closely, I probably would not need to reach out to the their support. But, it’s good to know that if you ever feel confused, do not think about returning, just reach out to their support. Chances are, it’s an easy fix if you just reach out. Now, we are so happy with our new screen. Big enough for the ones who are hard of seeing like us, we are so pleased and so happy when it finally worked as expected and more. Thank you very much to the seller.

“Really impressed with this 15.6 screen upgrade! I installed it in my GMC Sierra and it looks completely factory-made. The display is super crisp, touch response is fast, and it works perfectly with all the features. Installation took about 30 minutes with the included instructions. Definitely worth the money and makes the interior feel more premium. Highly recommend!”

USB accessory in truck get very hot , had to unplug , now no charger in my truck , Bluetooth not working right , screen won’t center so many issues , installed a month after receiving so not sure of any recourse… expensive for what I received

I had this product for about 2-3 weeks as of now so far the screen it’s amazing it’s a perfect fit comes with all the accessories needed. Steering controls works when the harness adapter is used the only problem I have is getting a SIM card activated for the unit but not a big deal I just use my hot spot.. the instructions could be better for some of the additional accessories but for the basics easy to figure out….. love the screen so far
