  • Easy to use and safe Easy to use and safe
Style: 12.5FT
I am a 63 year old single woman 5 ft 3in, weighing 185 lbs with a bad knee who is active but does not work out. That being said i love this ladder! It was super light weight, easy to carry and easy to use, love the multi height adjustment and I had it up to 12 feet to get in my attic and was super stable and I even carried up to 25lbs and was still able to get up the ladder with little effort and no worries. The best!!! ... show more

  • Perfect ladder for getting art to those hard to reach places and emergencies....
Style: 12.5FT(A BUTTON)
This thing does the job! I purchased this ladder for putting up art on the wall very high up and emergencies. This ladder gets up there. You may need a longer one or shorter depending on your needs. It is very compact to store. You can adjust it for the height you need. Collapses smoothly with air resistance. Very smooth! Look great and modern. It is strong easy to use. It is versatile for indoor and outdoor use. Getting on the roof, putting up pictures and getting out of a 2 story building if you plan it right. ... show more

  • Works great as a collapsable single length ladder.
Style: 12.5FT(A BUTTON)
This was my first collapsable ladder, It can be used only for the max length - 12.5 feet. I love the collapsing pneumatic system that effetively prevents smashed fingers when collapsing. I has assumed, my mistake, that you could extend only the needed sections, to say 8 or 10 feet. I do like the unit though. it is solid, well engineered and compact. The 250 lb weight is laso great as it means that for most uses, it is raged for planned capacity and then some. ... show more

  • The 12.5' Soctone ladder is a good buy.
Style: 12.5FT(A BUTTON)
The 12.5' Soctone telescoping ladder works well. It is not a light weight thing, but is not very heavy for a ladder and is easy to carry. It extends and retracts well. It can be extended so the un-extended rungs are at the top or near the bottom by starting to extend the rungs from the bottom or from the top. If you start extending the rungs from the top, you have to extend the ladder all the way up for it to stay up. If you start extending the ladder from the bottom, the ladder can be extended part of the way up leaving the un-extended rungs at the top. This is not a problem, just something to know. It is sturdy but does have a little flex. It feels safe and works well. I am glad I bought it. ... show more

  • Light and Compact - should have bought years ago.
Style: 12.5FT
Very easy to use and carry. I don't use traditional ladder anymore. Great product and surprisingly inexpensive for load capacity.

  • Great portable ladder
Style: 12.5FT(BLACK HOOK)
I was skeptical of telescoping ladders for a long time but found myself needing a compact ladder that could allow me to reach the top of a vehicle that is roughly 10 feet tall. Without getting a huge standard ladder and putting it on a ladder rack on the roof (not an option in my case), or taking up huge amounts of room inside, I finally decided to take a chance and give this one a try. It checked all the boxes, so, on paper at least, it seemed great. I’m truly impressed by how light it is compared to almost any other ladder I’ve owned. It’s simple to carry around and setting it up couldn’t be simpler. It can extend even higher than I will likely ever need so I have the option to use it only partly extended, which feels sturdier, though I’m not sure how much difference that really makes. But I have the option to stay relatively low, or to reach even higher places, if needed. It locks securely in place when you extend each section so it feels very secure. When completely retracted to its smallest size it stores away easily until I need it again. One feature I wasn’t expecting is that, when lowering each section, it stops just above where your fingers might get pinched, so I think you would have to really try to smash a fingie with this. It’s a little bit bendy if you have the base out too far, but finding the balance between stability and not bowing the thing too much is pretty easy. Overall, I’m very pleased with it. I expect it to get a lot of use and I feel safe climbing it. It’s versatile enough that I expect to have it with me even when the current use case ends. ... show more

  • Careful not to pinch fingers Careful not to pinch fingers
Style: 12.5FT
I got this ladder so I could get into my attic. I’m 5 feet tall. I got the 12 1/2 foot ladder and my ceiling is 9 foot four. It feels sturdy enough. I asked my dad who is well-versed in ladders and he said it feels good. He went up it. He’s 70 years old. It’s a little bit scary closing it because I get scared that I’m gonna pinch my fingers, but I make sure to keep my hands low so it’s not in the way of the ladder closing. It’s super easy to open you. Just keep pulling up but the clothes that you have to push the tabs in for each section, but it goes pretty quick. It did arrive a little bent at the top, but I was too lazy to exchange it. I’m never going to be stepping on the top anyways. ... show more

  • Good ladder

Very handy, great for taking with you in the car. It's sturdy and doesn't wobble. If you need a compact ladder, this is a great choice.
