Love my beautiful and very needed little scooter. I am 85 and cannot stand or walk. I am wheelchair bound and now happily will have fun on this scooter. It took me about 5 to 10 minutes to put it together. Such an easy assembly. The only confusing part was charging the battery. I did it correctly because it works great this morning. I just didn't know what to do about that little red switch in the charge up compartment. I found nothing on the Internet site nor in the booklet that helped me. I just took a chance, ignored that red switch, plugged in the cable charger for 10 hours. When I awoke I unplugged the charger and put the key in and nothing happened. I thought what do I have to lose as I looked at that red switch and decided to push it forward. I did so, turn the key again and wow the lights lit up. I was so happy. To improve this product,the company who sells this scooter should address this red switch in their information booklet and in the video and be sure the color of the switch is clearly red. Also, this Company does need to include somewhere their phone number for customer support. As of now there is none. I am just so glad I took a chance, prayed, without knowing, did the right thing and now I am going for a ride on my new scooter. thank you Paulette M

Easy to assemble easy to disassemble. Follow directions a fully charge before 1st use. I'd replace the seat screws with bolts and carry a wrench to tighten. Drove it around Disney Springs for a day and battery remained charged with lots of power to spare. 2 of these fit comfortably in the back of my Outlook and I can lift them out by myself. Takes about 5 minutes to be ready to ride and about the same to put back in the car. If we ride these for 3 times it is cheaper than a rental.

From my research this was the most affordable scooter available at time of purchase. It appears to be well manufactured and heavy duty while still maintaining a small footprint and lighter weight compared to other scooters. I intend to transport it in the back of an suv, probably still a two person lift. I didn’t want the ones with bulky rear view mirrors and giant handlebars and baskets. This one is very minimal and it is why I select it. I’m 5’10 over 200 lbs and I can scoot around with plenty of power but bought it for my wife who has a temporary foot injury. Mine came with a chipped and cracked plastic body cover and they were quick to respond and offered a return or small refund.

Product arrived damaged. The photo shows a hole in the chassis. I looked for the piece thinking I would epoxy it in the hole. It was not in the box, that tells me it was packaged already damaged.

So far I've only driven it inside my house, but seems very maneuverable. My cat is in love with it and thinks I bought it for her. The shipping was quicker than stated and arrived almost a week early. My only wish is that the seat swivelled. The scooter is very compact and can be a little difficult to slide in and out of the seat for someone that's on the larger side.
