10/10!! I got the u shaped in dark gray, its soo soft. The couch is firm but definitely not hard it's very comfortable. the back of it is shorter i didn't think would work well because im 5'9 but it's perfect with the very puffy pillows. The chase lounge is awesome the pillows had a bit of a hard time puffing up but I just took it out of the zipper and pulled the foam it was easy and fast. Couch is perfect size it is low to the ground the kids love it! I love that nothing can break it sense it's foam and nothing can get underneath it is on the ground. If i had more livingrooms id have these in every one I absolutely recommend buying this couch or came faster then it says and only one day apart fur all three boxes. Love this couch! We just got this today, so I'll update more in a few days. My living room is small and we were never able to get a real couch in here because of the way the hallway is. So hopefully this will hold up to 3 teens and 6 cats. The color is dark. Kind of looks more black than dark Grey, but I could always cover it. It is soft, the fabric is corduroy. I'm excited for it to fully fill out. Kids dont think it will be big enough. We shall see. *****UPDATE: ****4 days later, it finished expanding and feels like a comfy couch, I'll be adding more pillows for the back because the back is low and you need a neck support pillow. But for the first time in awhile we all sat comfortably and watched a movie together. Update- a few more weeks, it definitely got bigger and more firm, but really comfy. Comfortable, sturdy and firm sofa. Easy to install, all we had to do was open the package. It’s easier to open the package with the blade provided. Corduroy is not comparable with garment corduroy. Decent back support and head. All sponge and moves if we move around too much. The shams are too soft /thin for my preference. Better to use our own if particular about the back support. The side arms are supported by metal rods. Good for flexibility in orientation of the L section. Resting arms and short duration leaning is okay. But can’t rest the body on the side arm for too long as It will move the arm rest/ metal rods. I am very happy with the purchase. And would highly recommend it. I re-purposed the L side as a separate unit in my bedroom instead of having a recliner to feed the baby. I can sit with legs stretched out and lay infant next to me or on me. We are also able to get very good sleep on it & it’s easy to get off ( firm enough). Overall, functionality wise and price wise this was the best purchase for us. ... show more

This came in 2 different boxes 3 days apart the chaise part of the couch is good. But after opening the longer part of the couch they don't feel the same it didn't expand to the same height as the chaise. When I put it in the square position you can see its totally uneven. Left lounge chair couch, dark gray looks more like black but It’s comfortable does not fall apart very sturdy and looks great in my living room. I’m 5’1 and my kids are taller, no complaints on height or back support. My kids love it. Great overall for the price.
