This was a replacement for one that died after 3 uses. It arrived just in time for a snow storm. Assembly was easy, basically you just had to attach the handle assembly and the chute. I think you had to attach the wheels too, but honestly, I can't remember. I did it myself in about 30 minutes. I am a 65 year old female with moderate handyman abilities. I got it together, bundled up and off I went into the fray. The machine handled the snow just fine, it was a combination of fluffy and wet snow, so I just made passes half the width of the auger just to make sure I didn't damage the engine. It moved easily through the snow and the distance it threw the snow was pretty fair. The directional handle moved the chute easily on the fly. Overall, I am pleased with the performance of the unit. I used it several more times with different types and depths of snow and it handled it well. It's fairly lightweight, I was able to pick it up and carry it around. One word of warning....watch where your cord is. I accidentally ran over mine, it didn't cut the cord, but it jammed tight around the auger assembly. It took me well over an hour and many a cuss word before I got it free. You can't open that blower assembly to simply remove the auger to clear the area out, I tried and it's just wasn't possible for me. I didn't want to just unscrew things in case I couldn't get it put back together. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a unit that can handle medium amounts of snow at a time. It's not going tohandle two feet of snow, but I had about 8 inches fall and it worked fine.

I was hesitant at first before purchasing this, But I kept watching the videos and reading the reviews on other sites and decided to purchase it. I used it for the first time this morning after we got about 6" of wet snow and it actually did amazingly well. Yes the cord is a problem, but with any corded device you'd expect that. The noise level isn't even a problem like other people say it was loud. Well it's not. If you are sceptical about buying this snow blower don't be. Just do it and you'll be happy that you did. It never did clog at all. It's very lightweight and easy to carry from wherever you want. The durability is fantastic, plenty of power and the value for what I spent on it was well worth it.

Great for the money, cleared a large deck with about 6" of snow with some light ice on top. Had to walk at a very slow pace but ot worked and tossed the snow about as far as they claim. Package lost in Amazon's shipment and arrived almost a week late...not the news I wanted but bought it on sale for $69.99 and decided to wait and give it a try, I was not dissatisfied for the price. Light weight, easy to move around and store. The fins adjust just enough to direct the snow to either side. Not perfect but it works, is far better than shoveling, the quality is pretty decent, and power seems good...I'd buy again.

Frustrated and disappointed. Because of severe back and leg issues I cannot walk easily never mind shovel high mounds of snow. I used this new snow thrower 3 times with no problem during our 1st big new England snowstorm. Second big storm, it stopped working after a few passes. Because the snow was deep I had to shovel the top light layer, then run the thrower through the snow. This has worked for me with my old thrower. Something in the push-to-start button and pullback handle mechanism is loose or broken on the new one. It will not start. Had to make my way through the deep snow in backyard to drag out of shed my 15year old snow thrower with broken fins to do the job my new one couldn't. It throws big chunks of snow instead if breaking it up but it moved the snow. If I could return this I would.

This snow blower is one of the best purchases I have made. For reference (I live in an are where lake effect snow is a real thing... IYKYK!) We have had snow accumulation of maybe 6-8 inches over the past few days some light fluffy snow, and some a heavier sleety rain/snow mix. I finally decided to put the snow blower together and it was pretty straightforward and easy to do. I can say as an older woman with some health issues it only took me 40 mins to remove all of the snow from my pretty long drive way, and also the walkway and front sidewalk. this usually would take me well over 2.5 - 3.5 hours by myself if I didn't take any breaks. I did not experience any clogging or interruptions during snow removal. I loved the fact that I was able to walk at an almost normal pace and still get down to the concrete. The blower is extremely light weight. I was able to carry it from the house to the garage with no problem. The parts are made of much better quality than I expected for the price (which was a pleasant surprise). The snow shoot moves easily with the installed handle without any bending or muscle needed. This snow blower functioned perfectly in both light fluffy snow and in heavy wet snow. I would definitely recommend this product. I plan to explore other items from this seller. Great experience so far!

Construction and design is pretty solid. It has cable routing clamps and wheel covers that don’t add to function but does add to overall design. I haven’t had any snow yet but I turned it on and all seems correct. I read a review of battery powered snow shovels and this unit has to important features. Wheels on the back add to stability and the upper chute diverter keeps snow from the path being cleared. It’s light and will hang well in the garage. I chose this corded unit over a battery because using it a couple of times a year I didn't want to “hope” battery was fully charged or working. I have lots of long extension cords.

Honestly this guy is underestimated, got hit with a blizzard and it did great. Only complaint are the wheels they constantly fall off because of thin little pins to keep them on. Otherwise it's a beast and I deal with the wheels I just pop them back on and when I got annoyed I used it a little without them. I highly recommend! Look what it was accomplishing.

Works great as it should and as it's advertised very torkey and strong and durable. But couldn't put it together completely due to washer plate problems had to go by other products to finish assembly. Had to buy pipe strap to attach handle
