We bought 2 of the XL Twin bed frames. Each frame's box was compact and well packaged. Instructions were helpful. I could build each bed frame by myself. They look nice (clean/simple) and I expect will fit together, side-by-side, to make a king bed because the mattress aligns with the side of bed frame. ISSUES: 1) Not extremely sturdy. The frame does wobble slightly when sliding it around (to clean, reconfigure room, etc.) I hope it will hold up over the coming years. But it seems solid enough when sitting or laying on bed. 2) Mattress (we have foam type, 12") can slide sideways on top or bottom because there is only 1 bracket, on each side in the middle. Similar brackets at the top and bottom would solve this) Maybe this is an issue only with smaller TWIN sizes? -- See photo 3) The foam pads on each leg fall off easily, especially if sliding bed on carpet (where they aren't needed). Initially, I planned to buy 2 more this summer but now I think I'll wait to see how these do over time. ... show more
