PROS: Loved this from first sight... you get a tesla style radio that works seamlessly with your mustang!! Installation was very very easy. The overall value for your money is built into what you receive, radio, harnesses, camera, gps,wifi... the instructions are actually as easy as they're printed, however go to YouTube and watch the installation videos and you'll have no issue. Please also get better tools to remove your dash... the supplied ones will work, but barely. Setup was simple... only issue I had was AC controls were slightly off... however it's printed plainly in the supplied instructions how to remedy. Worked!! Now a few CONS: if you pair your phone, it'll constantly attempt to use android auto/car play... which is awesome in how they works. But, using those apps prevent using wifi as they utilize wifi to transmit data while you're connected to Bluetooth concurrently. So it prevents using the supplied apps with wifi... which means you limit the power of the unit. With a sim, you unlock it all!! Get a sim... had a hard time finding a company to provide one that worked. TMobile was my savior... the difference is night and day. You can use both AA/CP and the radio apps with a sim... just toggle your apps. Drive safely and enjoy!!!

So, I'll make this easy Installation: simple. The only hard part was finding out where to place the mic. Product: Decent, so far. Does not feel cheap. The bottom corners are a bit odd, but still looks good when installed. Function: there are some PROS and CONS. Touch response is great, sound is better than my Sync 3. All the extras are awesome. There are some quirks though. The volume controls are almost unreachable at the bottom of the screen. Not being able to remove unused features, such as heated steering wheel or seats if that option is not on your car. There is a gap when playing the next song that cuts the first few seconds off the next track. Setting up the correct time zone seems to be a hassle, that could be me though. If you have the money to spend and the patients to work out the little bugs, I say get it. I think it could be a little cheaper priced as it is clearly not cutting edge technology. Overall, I am happy with it sp far.

I purchased this aftermarket head unit to upgrade factory radio in my 2017 Mustang V6 (base model). It came with only a 4" screen. Factory radio was seriously lacking in features and in appearance and sound quality was poor. I found a reputable, professional stereo shop to do the installation. The technician struggled with the installation as the instructions provided were vague. Specifically, the wire that was to be used to connect to the back-up (reverse) camera was not marked properly. However, through trial and error (and an additional charge of 1/2 hour shop time) he was finally able to get it to work. The back-up camera is slow to turn on as it takes about 4-5 seconds. Also, when starting the car, it can sometimes take up to 5 minutes for the unit to connect to the cellphone. Too long! There is a setting where the unit is supposed to connect to phone automatically when starting the car but it doesn't work. The external microphone provided with the unit is absolute garbage. The vast majority of those who would call me while I was driving, had difficulty hearing and understanding me. The sound was crackly, unclear and sometimes even unintelligible. The internal microphone inside the unit was even worse. I had no option but to purchase an aftermarket external microphone for cellphone calls, which cost an additional $50.00. Also, the auto sound leveling is a feature that has been available on many factory radios for the past 15 years or more. This unit does not have it so when you're driving freeway speed and listening to music and pull off the freeway, you have ti turn the music down. In sum, this thing is not worth what they are asking for it!

Had a very clean install, everything worked and then when I went to mess with the OEM backup camera something happened with the radio where the screen wouldn’t turn on. The seller immediately walked me through several troubleshooting steps and was helpful and polite through the whole process. In the end they came to the conclusion they would need to send me a new unit and they paid the cost to return back to them. You don’t see many sellers as honest and open as these guys nowadays and I don’t say that often. 100% would buy a radio for my wife’s car from them if they made that one too!!

The media could not be loaded. I got this screen 1 year ago for my 2019 Mustang Ecoboost, I installed it myself and it worked fine except for a bug with the AC unit where it got stuck on the windshield ventilation grill when you rotate through the different modes. I reported that bug to the seller and after I sent them a video they decided to send me another unit (this one uses the original Sync3 module that is behind the screen, so now you have less space to make the wires fit) This second unit worked flawlessly. 100% recomended!!!

Had some issues when I finished the installed but was able to get everything fixed after good response and explanations from the customer assistance. Works great, looks nice. Only downsides is you lose your cigarette lighter outlet/power supply, but you have the other one. Another small issue that I personally had was I had a phone mount the was bracketed behind the old console. This one lips over that space to wear I can’t have the bracket for the phone mount still. I haven’t had any actual issues yet with the device though, great product, very easy install.
