Very solid and sturdy. High quality. I don’t understand the complaining reviews. Customer service is responsive. A pedal and the cafe liner was faulty when purchased and customer service resolved it without issue or drama. Only negative is squealing brakes and unsure how to rectify. After 1100 miles brakes need some work. I get so many compliments driving my small dog in the front cage which I also use for groceries and even a run to the laundry mat when needed. At high speed you will get about half the range. Speed seems capped at 19.6 which is helpful to avoid law enforcement issues which you can technically get ticket in Florida above 20mph. One of the cafe bars disconnected. I will have to call th about this and hopefully get a solution. Still….it deserves 5 stars. I would give it the equivalent of a Honda Accord and Toyota Camry for sit down cargo scooters. ... show more

    • Get what you pay for
Really great I put my stuff through the ringer and this holds up pretty good. Only problem was that I had to change a tire cause it popped and that's a little tough with the motor cable but other than that it was a great replacement for my 550w scooters.

Rear tire would not hold air, it appears to be a common issue after researching this brand online. Now I have to return the scooter at my own expense.
