This is an amazing couch! It came in 5 separate packages over a few days but it seems like you can build the pieces as you receive them. Which was very easy to assemble! And it’s very sturdy, it does not make noises. Very comfy as well, I was able to take a nap on it. The fabric feels good and thick quality. It’s bigger than we expected which is nice and the storage bins in the ottomans are wonderful. I’m a small lady and I can move it on my own easily. It looks so good!!!!

Just got it unboxed and built. First impressions are 5/5. Nice color, good size, and comfortable. *Note: It’s really easy to put the cushions on backwards which will put the springs up and make it really hard, so be sure you have the cushion-side up! I’ll update as I get accustomed to it, but so far so good. I’d recommend. It’s a decent price, but just be aware of the $200 shipping. It came in two days and all at one time which was way faster than the estimated week shipping time.

Update: seller communicated well and made it all right by me! Offered replacement parts etc. The couch when assembled looks decent enough but I am not sure how sturdy it is. The longevity is definitely questionable. Assembly instructions were a mess. The assembly process once you have figured it out is relatively easier. Took me 4-5 hours including 2 hour nap and multiple breaks lol. The screws to assemble the back part of the seat with the base were not aligned and so some of it didn’t fit properly. This definitely will be an issue if I ever move in the future. The seat cushions are firm however they are not uniform. Two seat cushions are decent and one is pretty good. They also have different zipper colors so I guess there is some logic over there. The back cushions are definitely not thick enough so be ready to add your own filling to this cushions. It’s not value for money for sure. The ease of cleaning is the reason I bought this at the first place. Also the base is hollow and not the strongest I have seen. I am still a little confused about all the raving positive reviews.

The color and fabric are beautiful and this came way before the estimated shipping date. The thing to know, is that at least half the wooden legs are not drilled deep enough for the screw to catch. Thankfully we had a Makita and the right bit to fix this quickly (my 13 old did it), otherwise we would’ve been reaching out to the manufacturer and just hoping we’d get new legs that were machine drilled properly. Otherwise, we are so excited about our first new couch in 30 years of marriage, as we always had second hand. The color is more beautiful than the photos and the fabric feels nice! The storage is amazing and I love that you can remove and wash all the covers. We got the 3+3, so all the modular ottomans are fantastic! Overall great purchase!

This couch is great. We love the size of the seats and the flexibility to arrange it in different configurations. The color is amazing and it is so comfortable. I did have to reach out to the seller due to some damage caused by the shipping company, they were very helpful in addressing the issues and sent out a replacement piece so we can finally fully enjoy our new couch.

Probably would return if not for the $200 shipping fee I’m already out, will have to find / order some covers

I researched for a while before finally finding this couch. I loved that I could customize the layout for my small space, the wash/wipeable fabric, storage ottomans & that many reviews confirmed its sturdiness. I ordered the 3 seat, U style combination. It was supposed to arrive in 5 separate boxes (1 was lost). The construction of the pieces was easy and quick, took my 15-year-old nephew and I less than a hour. Once I realized 1 box was missing I reached out to customer service and the delivery company. The seller responded quickly & worked fast to make sure I received a replacement seat. The customer service experience was top tier! I’d order again for that reason alone, not to mention the color of the sofa is perfection - photos don’t do it justice. Overall, highly recommend.
