Awful product, the wood is broken. It is not 4x4 , it is complicated to build. On top of this, when contact the company to ask for missing parts (a lot missing) and help with the damage items (a lot) they don't offer any good solutions. Bad company, bad product. Awful!! All parts fit together perfectly. All parts were properly numbered and packaged well. Instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. Two people are required for a couple steps. Our backyard sits in full sun, so we had been searching for some time for gazebo that would provide us some shade and was within our minimal budget. We took a chance on this one, and I'm so glad we did. To start with the good, it looks lovely up and we have had no issues in any of the half dozen storms that have rolled through so far. The ventilated roof seems to help keep it cool instead of trapping heat. It's large enough to comfortably fit our furniture with enough room to spare so my kids can play in the shade. Overall, it dresses up nicely with some plants. For the cons, there was some small denting in multiple places in the corrugated metal for the roof (pictured). I've seen that complaint on numerous other products with the same type of roof, so I think it's fairly unavoidable. Once up, you don't really notice it unless you're looking for it. The larger pain, and the reason for only four stars, was in getting the x-like braces for the roof put up. They send you bolts to connect these which are entirely ineffective. We ended up breaking through the pre-drilled holes when we tried to lift the frame and had to improvise using our own washers and bolts. It was a small inconvenience, but definitely a design flaw that someone should have remedied. It took my husband and I around 6 hours total to put this together over the course of 3 days while also chasing two littles. Again, we love the shade it provides, the look of the finished product, and the price. Given the choice, we would certainly buy this again. ... show more

Cheaper than Cos**o. Put it together with my boyfriend. Bought two! The first one took us two days by ourselves. The second one we got it done in one day by ourselves. Its rained it's been windy, it's been hot. I attached lights to it. Love it. Get it.

Okay so know up front the post on this are not square. It's advertised as Heavy Duty but it is NOT AT ALL Heavy Duty. I recieved the first box quickly, and the post were NOT what I expected and was instantly not satified when I compared it to the picture. They look big and staulky on the picture! The wide side measure 6 inches and triagle sides 4 inches. Luckily, I was able to cancel but not before finding out that I had to refuse the package when FedEx dropped off the other boxes. That's bad for most customers as most people can't stay home waiting on the truck to show up. When the FedEx guy got here he only had one box (there are 5 boxes). Are they sending these one box at a time!? I say all this because if I wouldn't have been unable to cancel, the seller would not refund my money until the product is physically recieved back. Will they also recieve it back one box at a time? Who knows how long it will take for them to say they recieved All the boxes. It's probably a decent enough product on the cheap but I felt for the quality it was too much when you can spend another couple hundred at Sam's for a much better quality product. Sending each box separately just seem scammy to me. ... show more
