Where to start... Please read!! A good car stereo which is as described mostly. The product deserves 4/5 stars but because of the quality of customer service and the lack of reviews I felt 5/5 stars is appropriate. The screen and product build I would say get a 5/5 stars. As I've noticed with all Android based equipment from android tv to this car stereo as well as nVidia Shield pro, there is always little quirks. Being how universal it is, there are a lot of user settings to go through to make things right. These quirks can be frustrating but remedied with a the traditional system restart not just turning the power off with the key. Customer service was top notch and the seller was very prompt with replying to my questions. 5/5 stars The instructions for installation left something to be desired. Had to use videos not for this product to understand what was being asked to do. Probably the worst part of my experience was installing it. The fit was awesome, and the options are quite nice. I will say that this is installed in my 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV. The system supported the rear screens(quirk), wireless apple car play(mild quirk). But where my expectations were exceeded is with the compatibility with the factory rear camera and back up sensors. Where the original factory camera only showed the view, this car stereo shows the turn lines. The original back up sensors only had a 3 light system, this car stereo shows where the obstruction is more precisely. Lastly the Touch screen climate control makes the car feel nicer, more luxurious. Quirks so far... Wireless apple car play is fine I prefer wired, occasionally the connection is lost or interrupted. I sometimes am not the driver and want to take a call on my phone and it almost wants to continue to transfer to the car stereo. Video output to the rear screens with the native player does not seem to fill the screen. However, I use VLC player for media on all devices when possible because it just seems to work on everything. Similar the VLC player only plays the video on the rear screens which is good. Very proactive line of programming from the fine people who put it together. I can not get the SIM card dongle to read my SIM card(still looking into this but the seller says ATT works and I have TMobile. This is by far not a deal breaker but just mentioning it for a full review.

All i have to say is WOW! I have an old 2011 Escalade EXT that is in beautiful condition, but the climate control buttons are worn and discolored. Then, suddenly, the radio glitched out in an update loop for maps rendering the entire head unit unusable. I've seen these and thought that they offered a classy update to the truck. This went together without a hitch. I read the manuals, watched the seller provided video of my exact truck, read the troubleshooting guides, marked every socket and connector, then got right to it on the weekend. The scariest part was prying loose the dash trim that's been on forever and probably next to irreplaceable. After that it was smooth sailing. I marked all factory connectors and sockets as I removed components. The only adjustments I needed to correct was I'd swapped the back up camera with another identical connector, and the temperature was in Celsius and I prefer Fahrenheit. 1 swap, 1 setting change, 1 reboot, and the unit is 100%. As stated in another review, it does indicate which door is ajar and the back up camera has guide lines that curve with the travel direction, which the factory unit had neither. Very nice touch! I was prepared for troubleshooting everything mentioned in the manual, but never needed to. I wasn't sure that I would prefer the touchscreen for the climate controls and heated/cooled seats because I like twisting knobs, but the screen is great, large, intuitive, and easy to control. I really love this thing on it's first day of install. Here's to hoping that it holds up and lasts well. For the price, it better! Haha.

Very good radio for my Escalade. I love how it looks and my friends do to. Just one complaint, I wish it came with better instructions and a guide. The support team is good.
