The material is thick, tightly woven, and drains water efficiently, preventing sagging or pooling. Despite the wild weather swings here in Texas, it’s held up incredibly well and still looks brand new. From the looks of it, it looks light. But after having it put up out on my front patio, it really blocks the sun. It is waterproof. And it's very sturdy.
