I absolutely love this gazebo! I’ve been wanting one for years I was weary of the less expensive ones as I live in a heavily wooded area so I knew I wanted something strong and well made. Similar cedar sizes and styles are about $600-$800 more than what I paid for this one. We love the 2 their look and mosquito net. It’s very beautiful and a great space for my family and I to hang out. I was impressed with the sturdiness and quality of the wood and materials. Also structural quality looks good. Would highly recommend this product! (We will be moving the fire pit, don’t worry lol) assembly was pretty clear, I did make some minor errors but they were easy to go back and correct. Instructions are clear and parts are labeled well. Materials were very well packaged.

Terrible customer service to begin with. They sent me the wrong color and Amazon did not help at all. Product is cheaply made and does not justify 1300 dls, some prts dont fit right, instructions are OK. My advice, spend a little more money and get something better. I would never recommend this product to anybody . Amazon stole my money

This is a very good quality product and company. This arrived on time and was the best packaging I have ever seen. All the parts were labeled and nicely packaged. The wood is very good quality and already predrilled! The instructions were easy to follow, it says it takes 3-5 people to do but my husband and I did it with just the two of us. The only thing I would have to say is that once put together it is not actually 12x14 it falls a few inches short on both width and length, for some that wont matter but for us it did because we had extend our deck to fit the 12x14 size, in the end we would have not had to do that because it isn't 12x14. I have to also say that this company has the BEST customer service I have seen in many many years. They responded to my many questions about this gazebo prior to ordering it and after the purchase. I would recommend this company and the gazebo. You will be very happy with this gazebo.

I got this 10x12 gazebo, and it’s really made a difference in our backyard. The wood is solid and sturdy, with a nice natural grain that fits in well with the surroundings. It seems like it’s built to last for a long time. The space inside is great for gatherings. We’ve already had a few family get-togethers, and it fits everyone comfortably. Plus, the ceiling hooks are really handy! I hung a fan for hot days and some string lights to make it cozy at night. They’re strong enough to hold the weight without any trouble. The steel roof is another good feature. It looks clean and feels strong. I’m pretty sure it’ll handle whatever weather we get, especially with its snow load capacity and wind resistance. If you’re looking for a reliable and attractive addition to your outdoor space, this gazebo is a good choice. I’d recommend it!
