Mine arrived well packaged but the product box itself smelled terrible. Once opened, the battery smelled the same. In hindsight I presume that the battery was bad but didn't know it until I charged it. No pre-charge voltage noted (I should have checked it first!). It charged on my GenPro10X3 in about an hour. No indication of a problem. When I measured the voltage with a volt meter it read 17.6 volts. This seemed way off to me. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon but couldn't find any contact info. So I used the live chat function on their website. My messages went through but no actual person responded (time difference???) It did have a name and photo in the chat box but I never heard back from anyone. Amazon took the battery back. I just had to box it and drop it at UPS. Will not buy again.

Used two of these to replace the lead batteries in my son's Razor dirt quad. Built a angle iron bracket to hold them sideways and welded that to the frame of the quad. They increased the run time from ~14 minutes to over an hour, and we haven't actually run them dead yet because he will get tired of riding before they die. Had them for a few months now, very happy!

Used it for the first time today - kayak fish finder was the only load on it - the Battery Voltage was 13.2 when I left out at 5:30am and it was 13.1 when I left the water @ 1:30 pm - kinda good, eh? I have no reservation with giving this battery 5 stars. Small, portable and holds a charge - nice.

Yes, this is a 12-volt lithium ion rated at 18 amp hours which I would say it barely qualifies for but nevertheless it was inexpensive. Within the first few days I ran it down considerably and it went completely dead and I was unable to bring it back to life. But this is what you need to know if this happens to you and you can't get it above 5 volt or thereabouts you need to try over voltage but slightly not too much. You bring it up to about 15 to 18 volts with a good charger for lithium ion. Wait a day or so and it will come back to life. It's something about the onboard BMS. Lithium-Ion batteries like this can be very finicky sensitive to temperatures and high power drain. So you need to be careful and work with it. Don't consider it dead. If it seems to be that it won't hold the charge. You need to get jiggy with it. Since the price point was so fabulous I did end up buying another and will run two in series. So I can say my confidence came back fairly well for my application. If you have a serious industrial application, I would look elsewhere.MarkMannM2 TV to

I have two 100 amp batteries with never a problem. Ordered the 30 amp and three months later it wouldn't charge. Contacted customer service by email. They responded and shipped out a new battery within the week. Great service. Very satisfied.
