It was great in the beginning, everything worked, thought it was a great battery. That was until it died after 6 months, but then I think, no problem, 12 month warranty they claim. Well, going to their page, they offer a web page submission for support, email for support and facebook messenger for support. Well I tried all of them, left with silence. The thing about facebook messenger is that it shows you read receipts, so they read it, just chose to ignore it. Maybe it's the wrong department, marketing, but the least they could do is forward a customers problem. Anyways, if you need a short term battery, maybe this is for you, but bear in mind, short term can mean you are left with a dead battery when you need it. They are no where in sight when it comes to support. It's hooked up to a solar charger, won't charge, hooked it to a battery charger, it won't charge, it's dead. I now notice Amazon has this text on the item "Frequently returned item", so the great reviews/ratings don't equate to the message. Or it works great in the beginning like I said, and folks don't come back to update their reviews. I hope this helps someone who stumbles upon this when making a decision. ... show more
