First of all I am an electronics hobbyist and I repair electronics as a hobby and have used all types of batteries extensively for a long time. I'm quite familiar with the different chemistries and how to use them and care for them. In the last week I have purchased 4 LiFePO4 batteries ranging from 6Ah to 20Ah. This particular 12v 10Ah battery was noticeably heavier than the other 12v 10Ah batteries I received from other brands which struck me as a bit odd. The thought being that either the batteries were more dense meaning more actual internal contents that comprise the battery, or a marketing gimmick to make them feel heavier which might imply a better quality battery. So as always with new storage batteries I set up and ran a full discharge capacity test. With this one at least the results were surprising. After fully charging the battery I ran a discharge test at 500mA. The result was 11.870Ah. For all intents and purposes, 12Ah. Not sure if this is actually a 12Ah battery mismarked as 10Ah or what but it is what it is. I don't see others getting this capacity from these 10Ah batteries so it may be unusual. Still, pleasantly surprised. Some people have reported that these batteries were not good for running their computer battery backups and the explanation is simple. These 10Ah batteries are rated for 10A continuous current draw. It is very common for modern desktop PC's to draw more than that. Especially gaming machines with high powered cpu, graphics and power supplies and large monitors, multiple fans etc. While similar sized lead acid batteries might supply significantly more current, in a case like this the BMS in the lithium Phosphate battery recognizes the overload and shuts the battery off. There is no BMS in lead acid batteries so they can give all they have until depleted. I would personally recommend at least a 20A momentary and 15A continuous rated battery for a battery backup. That would allow some surge overhead. This is my first Nermak LiFePO4 and so far better than so good. How long it lasts and durability are yet to be discovered.

I replaced the batteries in my cyberpower UPS with these instead of the official replacement. Where even 1 of the official replacement costs twice what these do. It was a gamble, going with lithium instead of what it's supposed to have, unknown company, scary cheap price, ect. But they're working great, cheaper and far better than the batteries my UPS came with. Gonna have to buy more for my other UPS when I can.

Purchased a pair of these (16ah version) as a replacement for my children's Peg Perego ride-on toys (John Deer Ground Force, and Polaris). The battery easily outperforms the SLA's that they replaced with excellent performance, longevity, reasonable charging times, and it fits perfectly into the battery compartment on Peg Perego vehicles. As an amateur radio operator, I had been wanting to activate POTA. I pulled one of these from the ride-on toys to attach to my Yaesu FT-991A and the results were just as stellar. While operating at 100W SSB I was able to achieve DX contacts without difficulty. During POTA the radio easily covered 100+ contacts during 90mins of 40%TX, 60%RX and still had battery capacity to spare. I've been contemplating a Bioenno 20ah for amateur radio but still on the fence given that Nermak seems very reliable at less than a third of the cost. Nermak and Bioenno are both manufactured in the same country.

Mines a 12vt x2.. 50amp lithium batteries I use on my buzzaround scooter. Just bought the correct charger..so we will see..use Big thick extention cord if you use one..5 Amp charger...2 prong.

These batteries were purchased for my scooter. Our previous batteries wouldn’t last a mile, and my husband often had to push me a ways. These are supposed to go 13 miles on a full charge. We have only used them a distance of one mile but they work great.

So I just installed these in the battery case to my scooter, and then proceeded to test them out at Disneyland. This is the first time I've done Disneyland without having to change my battery pack within 6-8hrs. Not only did they pass 16 hrs at Disneyland (and I still had 3/4 charge), they are half the weight of my old batteries. Highly recommend. Soooo impressed 👏

Now LiFePO4 price has come down and lead acid has gone up, it makes sense to try a supposedly more durable battery. I was concerned about compatibility with the current APC unit using a 7AH lead acid. This one is a perfect fit and after a couple of months is working fine. It will be 5 years before true longevity will show. 2023-10-24 update. Turns out the LiFePO4 battery does not function well in the APC Back ups. The form factor and software would indicate it's a drop in replacement. However, when the line current is removed, my desktop computer loses power and does an uncontrolled immediate shutdown. This does not happen with a sealed lead acid battery. Less power demanding devices such as the LED monitor and network switch stay on. I'm no electrical engineer so can't say why this happens, can only report it.
