Warning - get the chairs withOUT the cushions in the fabric- they hold water for days great chairs for the money but I ordered this time with the cushions in fabric Big mistake Order chairs with the extra padding it does nothing but hold water !!!!!!

UPDATE: After writing the below review, the seller reached out and was willing to do whatever it takes to make our purchase satisfactory. We accepted their offer and are happy to report that they really do stand behind their product and excel at customer satisfaction. And for that reason we are happy to change our 3 star review to 5 stars. Excellent customer care. ------- Generally, these are great chairs, once you get them assembled. They came together, but it was a time investment. Our main complaint is that they appear to be made out of a combination of aluminum and iron, whereas those we replacedwere made out of all aluminum (or at least the iron was not accessible by rain). When it rains the chairs, of course, get wet and areas of them fill up with water, so we turn them on their side to drain them and help dry them out. Now my patio and rug are covered with drippy rust spots everywhere, which just means more work for me. 😟 ... show more

Awfully made product. All reviews are correct that the instructions are bad, not all parts included and in our case due to manufacturing defect the chairs severely tilted forward making them unworkable. No option for return other than you carrying them to an international shipping company and sending them back to China - NOT CHEAP and they only refund a portion of your money. Amazon - please highlight these return policies of these sellers. Bait and switch. ... show more
