I bought a pair of these batteries to replace the AGM batteries in the 1500W UPS. Be aware these batteries are lighter and have more energy than AGM, but they will not sustain large current draws. Reading the spec sheet that ships with the batteries the max sustainable current is 10A. This is about 120W per battery. Obviously, you cannot run a 1500W UPS loaded with 500W for an extended interval. My tests show you can run a 500W load with two batteries in series for about 3 minutes. After 3 minutes the built in battery management system (BMS) will turn the battery off.

I used these two 12v 10a lithium batteries to replace the SLA 12v 7a batteries that came installed in my kids’ Razor Dirt Quad. The original batteries only lasted a year. I was able to reuse the factory wire harness. I cut the ends where they were soldered on the stock batteries, crimped on some slip connectors, and have had no issues. The run time is substantially longer between charges, charges faster and the quad seems like it has a little more ‘pep’ with these batteries. A must-have upgrade in the power wheels/electric vehicle department.

Good replacement for UPS unit for both 7A or 9A. Not sure about the life span, but for now, it is much lighter than Lead acid type.

I got this to power a ham radio go-box. When it arrived I put it on a LiPo charger and charged it to full capacity, then put it on a load tester. It put out 13.02 A/H before the BMS shut down. I recharged it and repeated the test with the same result. Granted this is only two cycles over a short term, but the results are encouraging.

Purchased for a 250Watt Easton UPS. Good capacity and fits the same as a common 12V 7A lead acid, or 12V 9A in the same size. Only issue is the battery management system will kick it out and turn off if you try to start the UPS from an OFF state. It just clicks and shuts off. Apparently it protects itself and can't handle much current so the UPS won't turn on. Even a small UPS. I kept it though because if the UPS is already on like usual, then it can hold ok during a power outage. The only part that won't run is if the UPS was off, then you can't get it started or turn it on until the main AC power comes back on. Each UPS is different of course and that was a pretty small one. Larger ones at 700-1000 watts would not seem to have much chance if it can't start a small one.
