Beautiful couch—I really liked the color and the fabric (although the color did look lighter in the photo). It is firm and fits my space perfectly. It was easy to assemble and came at a great price. The only issue I had was that the shipment was incomplete—they failed to send one of the sections—but the missing piece arrived a week later. Aside from that, I can say it was a great purchase. The seller was very responsible and promptly shipped the missing part. I recommend it 100%; it is very comfortable. If you are looking for something of good quality at a good price, this is an excellent option—don't hesitate to buy it! I absolutely love this modular sofa. It’s 1000% better than the $2500+ sofa it replaced. It’s pretty nerve wracking to buy a sofa based on pictures, even with the reviews. But I did it and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I love everything about it. It’s beautiful, firm yet comfortable, fully interchangeable, no assembly, the look and feel of the fabric, the color (dark gray with a bluish cast not charcoal), the size, the quality, the price, the usb/storage/cup holder section, even the way it was professionally packaged on arrival…and to top it off, it arrived early. What's not to love is the question. The only thing I can think of is the footrest is massive, bigger than the seats & what the picture shows and twice the size than it needs to be which made it too big for us to use in our space. I guess it's supposed to be used as more of a coffee table but we use a hard top table for in front of the sofa. So, we are using it as in extra seat across from the sofa. I also just noticed it is now $120 less than what I paid. I hate it when that happens. That money could have gone towards my new coffee table. This review is to say don’t think twice. I can express how much my family loves this couch. It came 3 days early which was awesome! Was packed well and easy to assemble. It’s really great that the upholder section is its own separate piece cause it really allows you to move all the pieces to fit your needs. I have a smaller apartment and it fit perfectly after some interchanging of pieces - which is super easy to do! So if your the kind of person like me who likes rearrange the living room every few months then you’ll love this couch!! It’s on the firmer side but it’s perfect for me and still plush enough. The pillows are actually really good quality and soft - which I was nervous about after some other reviews but truly I couldn’t have expected better. For the price - this was an amazing buy!! We’re a family of 5 and we all fit COMFORTABLY on this sofa. I can’t say enough good things! ... show more

Over all a really good couch. My advice? If you're thinking about getting it... do it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because it is a little too firm for my liking but I had known that may happen based off other reviews and im hoping that wears in to be a little softer. It's not uncomfortable, its just going to take some time to get used to. It is a very good quality considering the price. I don't think I could have walked out of a store with this big of a couch without paying way more. Console has nice sized storage and USB/USB-C charger ports which is nice. It was super easy to put together, maybe took me 2 hours. All of the back cushions, pillows, and couch backings fit inside the bottom of the base pieces making them compact, which is exciting for when we move again. The ottoman and console have zipper storage underneath which I think would be great or leg storage when moving also. ... show more

Absolutely LOVE this couch! I got the 146" size, and I was so pleasantly surprised after it was all put together! I was so nervous ordering online, but this was a winner. I do have couch covers over it, but the color of the couch is absolutely beautiful! The ottoman doesn't have a cover over it though so you can see the true color. The material is a great texture.. comfy, soft, and feels luxury. It's a firm type couch, and that to me makes it feel like it will last a long time. Feels very sturdy. Everything hooked together nicely so I love that nothing seems like it's going to slide around. Highly recommend! Update: I had for four months now and it’s already broken . This product is literally made of what feels like cardboard and guess what there’s no customer service to call. Run away don’t walk!!! I am 3 months into the couch and it’s starting to show its wear already….to start the seats are smaller and very firm. Fine whatever got over it. But now the seats are super weak when you sit on them you can feel the hollowness under it (mind you it’s basically is Hollow instead you see it when you put it together). It’s only two of us living here and it’s not like we are putting wear and tear into it like that. For this to start getting run down after 3 months is extremely disappointing and crazy for a couch this expensive. Save your money go to rooms to go and purchase. Do not let the pictures or style of this couch get you ... show more
