I ordered 2 of these if you’ve read the reviews I agree with what others said . The instructions kinda suck due to them being pictures in black and white . But I was able to assemble both of them in a couple hours and the kids loved them . I did have to make a throttle adjustment but other than that for the money I’m happy with them . Do not waste your money bought one of these trying to support small business. They sent me a four wheeler that won’t even idle for 60 seconds even it keeps dying when I confront them with it all they have to say is this item is not refundable yeah, I bet it ain’t

Exceeded expectations- I wasn’t expecting much. I grew up riding Honda and Suzuki so the thought of a Chinese ATV felt like a guaranteed disappointment. Assembly was pretty easy and the build quality is pretty good. Kids live riding it which is yge important part.

I really wanted to turn my review around and say I received excellent support. You can't purchase replacement parts for these when they break after just 4 months. Amazon will put you in touch with the shop that facilitated the sale , they won't help and will tell you to reach out to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will send you a replacement part , which they did I was so excited and amazed at the outstanding customer service. The part came it's not the right part and I haven't heard back from William Scott for almost two weeks . I understand the holiday has been an issue but there's lot of business days in between the holidays where an simple out of office email could be used.
