No dents or scratches. - Arrived well ahead of schedule and were very carefully packed. - Easy to put together. I am very impressed with this frame and company for the following reasons: 1. The order arrived very quickly. 2. The packaging was very protective with an exterior wooden frame to support the actual frame which was wrapped in two layers of different types of bubble wrap. 3. The frame came with instructions (which weren't needed), packing list, and two types of installation screws, plus hanging hardware. 4. The frame had predrilled holes to install the picture. A phillips point hand screwdriver was all that was needed to attach frame to canvass. 5. Mounting hardware and hanging cord was supplied. 6. My 24Ă—30 canvass fit perfectly into the frame. All was installed and mounted on the wall in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I am extremely pleased with this product and company. It shows they take pride in their product by the protective packaging. I definitely recommend this company.

Not worth even half of what I paid. Save your money, the description stated this frame was made from wood. This material is not wood. I ordered white, and discolored inside. I order frames all the time and this is the most cheap looking and badly made frame I’ve ever bought. The seams are so uneven off you can see right through one of them. So upset. So disappointed.

Beautiful frame. I took a chance on antique silver and I couldn’t be more pleased! The color is actually sort of a mink/pewter that complements my art and taupe walls perfectly. Worth the money! Good quality, sturdy. Arrived very fast from overseas and in the most secure packaging ever! HINT: Assembly was easy once I had the right tool. I had to buy “star” bits (size T20) to use with my electric screwdriver for the unique screws provided with the frame. Vendor should consider using regular phillips screws.
