The couch is very comfortable and has that soft “cloud couch” feel that makes it great for relaxing or watching TV. Product is great! Had a small hiccup with fedex but seller is responsive and helpful. Its not too firm that its uncomfortable but firm enough to keep shape! The fabric is nice and not as low as i thought. If you are curious, order it ASAP!

This is just awful. Not the one you’re looking for. I promise. They are super lightweight so they slide all around and do not stay together as a couch should. They do not offer support when you sit on them. This is not the good couch in a box. Do not be mislead by the good reviews. Once you open the packaging to find out what you bought, you cannot get a refund. Has to be in original package to get refund. It would require heavy machinery to get these back into the tiny boxes that they shipped in. Quite unhappy with my purchase. ... show more

So first it came 6 days early. Initially when I was ordering I was really sceptical. I was like for the price it's going to be really small or not comfortable and how on earth would I return it if I don't like it. My friend has one but got hers through tic tok shop. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger and there wasn't a lot of reviews so I wasn't feeling too certain. However when I got it like I said it came 6 days early. It came in 3 boxes. It was so incredibly easy to set up. Now that I have had it for approximately a week. I can say it is comfortable. The fabric is soft. The couch itself is soft but firm. It gives me hope that this will last. So far it is so much better than the couch I had that I got from a furniture store locally. This is easy to move around and rearrange. I would definitely buy another if ever needed ... show more
