It is great for rice and making chicken stock, also broccoli beef! I’ve been happy with everything I made! A good lesson for me was, the timer starts after it has come up to full pressure, which takes 15 to 20 minutes to do. Very easy to clean. Have been making recipes that are intended for Instant Pots and the times for pressure cooking turn out as described.
