I’ve been using this little 3QT CARORI pressure cooker for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really impressed. It’s just the right size for 1–3 servings – I live alone but sometimes cook for two, and it fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space. So far, I’ve made two braised dishes: chicken feet and tendon meat (braised pork tendon). Both came out incredibly tender and flavorful. The pressure cook function saved me a lot of time – normally braising tendon meat takes hours on the stovetop, but this did the job in a fraction of the time. The ceramic nonstick pot cleaned up easily, and the lid is dishwasher safe, which is a bonus. I also appreciate the simple button controls – no complicated menus. Just press “Pressure Cook” or “Meat Stew” and it gets to work. The delay start is handy for planning meals ahead. I’m already thinking of trying new recipes with it. If you’re a single person, a couple, or someone who likes to experiment with small-batch cooking, this is a great little multi-cooker. Highly recommended! ... show more

Bought this for my daughter so she can prepare quick meals (currently a college student). We've made a few things, mostly lentil stews using various asian curries (red Thai, yellow Indian curry powder, etc.) with coconut milk. Very pleased with the results, the speed with which meals can be prepared, and impressed with the durability. And it's a one pot wonder - we start with the saute mode to soften onions, brown garlic, toast ginger and bloom spices, then add liquid and lentils and BAM!, you have an excellent meal with leftovers - if it survives the first sitting - ha ha. And the internal pot is stainless (ie no teflon/non-stick to fret over). Clean up is a breeze with a short soak and Bar Keepers Friend with a non-scratch scrubber. Works well. Only 4 stars because my primary use is making yogurt every 2 weeks. The setting is for 12 hours. That's crazy. At 6 hours, starting with cold milk, it starts to curdle and separate. This makes yogurt you can eat, but it's not what you want. The instructions say to heat the milk first to 120?140? F. I forget. But that's not necessary unless you need to Pasteurize fresh milk. I gave 4 start because the yogurt setting in wrong. At 5 hours, check it every 20 min. or so to stop before curdling starts. The temperature for making yogurt is correct. ... show more

I love this thing the only advice I would give is you have to wipe down the outside and empty the little reservoir for water and clean it out from keeping it slimy other than that it's good to use soft microfiber wipes on the outside because the letters will come off if you scrub too hard I've kept the cling on Film on the buttons since I noticed this to happen on the lid I cook everything in this the longest it takes to get soft is 35 minutes I've cooked a bunch of stuff in it it's basically paid for itself dishes that usually I would get from a restaurant because they take long to cook or not easier to cook at home which has done good for my health I think this is a really good value for what I paid and decent quality and functions like top end ones that were well over the hundreds marks it is a very good size though it is not a clay pot like I expected and you cannot put it inside the other pot to cook multiple things at a time it is good to have the interchangeable pots to make multiple dishes that can be done within an hour ... show more
