Very complete kit for anyone new to this. I did car audio a while back for work, and although I've been away from that world, I can't believe how much everything has changed. Especially the size and price of some kits. This is a wonderful entry-level product that can really let you experience some decent sound. It is lightweight and doesn't require professional installation. The bass is powerful ,and being that it's so compact, it fits almost everywhere. I really like the design. I got this for my daughter’s car because she asked for more bass for her birthday. She nor I are audio files, but just regular music lovers. This subwoofer delivered on her ask and then some! First off, the unit itself is good quality as it is encased by an aluminum shell. The spider as the speaker guard is a nice touch too! The unit fits just right under the passenger seat, and produces a good amount of rich bass. I love that you can tune it to your particular taste/need both on the unit itself, and also control via the mountable dial. This unit can be installed just about anywhere, making it very versatile.     • Way too much bass for my car. I love it and so do all my neighbors!
I decided to get this subwoofer because I wanted deeper bass for my music while driving. I’ve had standard car speakers before, but I wanted something that could make the sound more immersive without needing a full upgrade of my entire system. I installed the subwoofer under my seat and connected it to the amp. It was fairly easy to set up, and the LED lighting adds a nice touch. The bass sounds clear and POWERFUL without being too overwhelming, especially when I adjust the settings to around 70Hz. It really makes a difference when listening to bass-heavy songs or during action scenes in movies. You'll definitely know it and FEEL IT when the bass drops. I did notice that at higher volumes, the sound can get a little distorted if I don’t keep the bass in check. Overall, I am satisfied with how this subwoofer improves my car audio experience. It provides enough bass to feel the music and sounds natural for movies.
