The media could not be loaded. We have been used this new min split AC unit for two weeks now. It’s very fast to cool down my 400 SF living room. It’s very quiet compared to window AC. I bought a Gree brand four months ago, this one is similar to the Gree brand one. The Gree one cost $300 more. This one is good enough for all residents home. This one built in quality and very compatible price to other brands. This one use the newest freon R32 and easy to find freon if in case leak in the future. The room gets comfortable cool and very quiet machine. Great price for this great unit. Overall, this is great pick for the mini split AC unit.

I bought the 12000 btu 19 seer unit it works great! Was easy to install and is very quiet. Keeps my 2 car garage a comfotable 75° and removes the humidity. It took me about 2 hours to install the indoor and outdoor unit and run the line set. I would have been done sooner but running the electric took the most time, I wanted a designated outlet and breaker for the unit. you will have to evacuate the system. Auto Zone has a loner tool program that you can get a pump and guages from. You will need a mini split adaptor that you can get from Amazon for about $11.00. The unit comes pre charged with R-32 that is the new refrigerant that is replacing 134A. If you have a set of 134A guages they will work. As far as the line sets you can hand bend them but as with any soft copper take it slow and don't try to bend it to tight and go slow.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – So far, absolutely amazing! I’ve only had this mini split AC for about two weeks, but I’m honestly impressed. My master bedroom is around 500 sq. ft., and this unit cools it quickly and efficiently. What really surprised me is how quiet it is — like, super quiet. I barely notice it’s on, which is perfect for sleeping. The design is also a plus — it’s modern, sleek, and actually very pretty, so it doesn’t make the room look bulky or industrial. I did run into a small delivery issue, but customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, resolved the issue immediately, and were professional and kind the entire time. It made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I haven’t had it long enough to speak on longevity, but so far, it’s been amazing — great performance, great customer support, and a product I’m genuinely happy with. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Coils were bent and dent in frame due to poor packaging. Copper line sets are so cheap and thin you can’t manipulate them even with a tubing bender. All the hardware is cheap and flimsy. I have installed many cheaper units but this one is by far the worst. Go ahead and spend another $200 and get quality stuff instead!

Nice and cold! This was my first time setting this up for the house. Other than me making sure the drain hose was not going uphill I’d say a simple setup. Allow enough time to do it right or just have a pro do it less headache. Anyway. Super quiet and my sun room is crispy cold!
