This is a great product at an amazing price. It's really quiet and does an excellent job of heating and cooling my small two - bedroom, one - bathroom house. The remote control is extremely user - friendly, and the batteries last a long time. Although the installation process seems straightforward, as recommended in the listing and required by our city (since our house is within city limits and a permit is mandatory), it's best to hire a professional. Check with your local city authorities and obtain the appropriate permit before installation to avoid potential fines for getting the permit after the installation is completed. If I ever need to buy another air conditioner, this will definitely be my first choice.

I really can't believe just how quiet this air conditioner is. I had to walk over in front of it and feel the air blowing to make sure it was on! I am really pleased with the efficiency in which it cools the room.The cooling efficiency is remarkable. We installed it in our converted garage (now a family room) when the temperature had reached 81°F. Within minutes, the space became refreshingly cool - far faster and more effective than any window unit or portable AC I've ever used. A fantastic value—actually thinking about getting another one for the bedroom. If you're on the fence, just pull the trigger already. You can thank me later when you're sitting pretty in your perfectly chilled living room.
