I’ve been impressed with this projector. Setup was simple, especially with the auto focus and keystone correction. Within minutes I had a clear picture on the screen without messing around with settings. The brightness is good too. A lot of projectors look good only in a completely dark room, but this one still looks surprisingly good with some ambient light. Picture quality for movies and streaming has been surprisingly sharp and clean. One thing I really liked is having Netflix and YouTube built right into the system instead of needing extra streaming sticks or devices hanging off the side. The menus were simple to figure out quickly. The built-in speakers are way better than I expected for a projector this size. I’ll may still connect external speakers sometimes for movie nights, but for casual watching they do a great job. ... show more

I mainly bought this projector to watch concerts, and honestly it feels amazing. The pitcher is super clear and bright, the lights on stage, the crowd, even small details look really sharp. When I play 4K videos, it almost feels like iam actually at the show instead of sitting in my room. The second really surprised me too. The speakers are loud and full with strong bass. Watching a concert I could hear the instruments and vocals clearly, and the atmosphere felt so real that I didn’t even think about using extra speakers. Setup was super easy. The auto focus and keystone correction did all the work for me in just a few seconds, so I didn’t need to adjust anything. Streaming through the built in apps smooth, and the WiFi 6 connection works fast without buffering. I also like that it connected easily to Bluetooth headphones for late night watching. Over, this projector has been one of my best purchases item! Watching concert on it is truly an experience, great picture, great sound and very easy to use. ... show more

Size: 11.22"x11.02"x4.69" Color: Gray
This projector has great clarity. I use it in my garage and the brightness is great. No need to block out windows from light. I had an issue with an internal part that caused a brown spot on the screen. The company was fast and extremely helpful with my claim. Ultimately they sent me a new projector to make it right. I must say product support is excellent. I would buy again and recommend this product. ... show more

    • PIxels on larger screen and no ARC connection to soundbar
Size: 11.22"x11.02"x4.69" Color: Gray
Update: I have already returned the item For somebody trying to do the same it may still work, please be advised what the seller suggested Regarding the connection problem, please follow these steps to ensure proper setup: Use the Correct HDMI Port – Only HDMI 1 on the X9 projector supports ARC (Audio Return Channel), while HDMI 2 does not. Please make sure to connect your home theater system to the HDMI 1 port. Reference: ....... Check if the Home Theater System Supports ARC – Normally, when an ARC-compatible home theater system is connected via HDMI, audio should output automatically. However, some devices, such as soundbars, may require manual selection of the HDMI mode in their settings. If there is no sound, please check the home theater system’s settings and set it to HDMI input mode. Verify HDMI Cable and Device Compatibility – Ensure that both your home theater system and HDMI cable meet the ARC standard. Only devices and cables that comply with HDMI 1.4, 2.0, or 2.1 support ARC functionality. Older standards like HDMI 1.3 or below do not support ARC. If necessary, check your home theater system’s manual or your HDMI cable’s specifications to confirm compatibility. Original review it is Ok on screens below 100 " received mine today. Looks like a well build and nice color. we have older TOPTRO TR 82 and it works fine, except it has got a blue spot after years of use. Current setup: Fire TV inserted into soundbar and then HDMI cable from Soundbar to projector. THe screen size is 150 inches. No issue, no pixels. Today we tried TOPTRO X9 (in has two HDMI ports and claims to support ARC) just unplugged old projector and plugged in the same HDMI. Tried port1 and POrt2. No signal. Then attached FireTV directly to the porjector. That worked, but - on 150 inches the picture is pixeled (similar to another smaller $50 TOTPRo we use outdorr for Halloween decorations) - internal audio is good enough, but passing sound to the external soundbad on HDMI ARC did not work - there is no optical output - i did no t even tried Bluetooth or minijack connection, it wil lbe a lot of sound loss even if it is worked Returning ... show more

Toptro X9 is surprisingly built with high quality at a reasonable price cost, with more features and fast WIFI connection, as wells as very responsive remote control. Setting up is very easy and could be done in minutes just following the screen menus. There are built-in Apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc. I just tested YouTube under the standard picture mode setting. With 4 speakers, 2 on the backside and 1 subwoofer on each of two sides, it can produce loud and crispy sounds The video pictures are also very smooth and bright due to 1500 ANSI ultra-high lumens. Here is a list of other pros: Intelligent image adjustment: though not perfect if the unit is not located at ideal central position. It still helps to speed up setting process by following Four-Point Adjustment procedure later. Remote Control Unit: Very responsive, screen responses instantly the moment when a key is pressed. WIFI connection: No chance to test on WIFI 6. But on 5Ghz WIFI, fast connection and data transfer were observed. No signal drops, nor video streams stuttering. Bluetooth: instant connection once they were paired. Screen mirror: fast connection, even from old android phones, the video streams were very smooth and clear, especially from the iOS device. No voice-desynchronized Digital Focus: handy on the remote control to optimize picture quality from time to time. Here is a list of summary of things that could be improved: The back-key on the remote control just sits on the top of volume-up key, so close that it could be mistakenly pressed when the volume-up is intended, which may inadvertently quit the video session. During movie play, the setting has only sound and picture mode available for change. If screen size and skew angle need to be adjusted, or a new Bluetooth speaker needs to be paired during a video session, it has to stop playing in order for these settings to be available. The already-paired Bluetooth device, however, could be automatically connected to the projector without a hiccup or interrupting movie play. That is a plus. ... show more

    • Amazon read as well as manufacturer & public!
Size: 11.22"x11.02"x4.69" Color: Gray
The product details are only 1/2 right! It has great picture and sound that’s it. But you can’t stream anything and you need a computer, RoKu other device to see anything. Description has you believe that you can download Apps & it will act as a Smart TV, a smart tv it is NOT!! It says 2way bluetooth, it may but only for sound. Why it says 2way, I don’t know, it’s not like those speakers are that good to play music. It does have “prime & Disney” I wanted peacock, paramount, HBO, they are not avail. The other apps I’ve never heard of. The product details say you can stream from your phone. I have an iPhone 16 & could not connect. I tried to use my new fire stick used 2X’s (it would connect to internet but would not stream, tried neighbors ROKU works fine) & there’s another issue with Amazon descriptions of products. I live in a remote area where there are NO UPS stores. So I have to pay to return items. So I reread descriptions over and over so it doesn’t cost more for me. I end up keeping small stuff, waste of $$. It costs more to have UPS come and get it. I’ve lost trust in Amazon and the products they sell. I guess as long as Amazon makes $$$ they don’t care what they sell. You need to have ppl test items and make sure description is correct! ... show more

    • Pretty Good Overall, and Excellent Value
Size: 11.22"x11.02"x4.69" Color: Gray
I’ve used quite a few projectors over the years, and this one is pretty good. For the money, in fact, it’s very good. It has its own OS and apps and can access various streaming services without an external device. One of these days I‘ll fiddle with that and connect it to my Plex server. I mostly use a projector for presentations rather than home theater, though, so my needs are a bit different. This projector sets up quickly, does keystone correction pretty well, and has enough brightness to be visible in average lighting. You can do just about anything through the remote, and the menus are intuitive. It has easily accessible inputs — two HDMI, one USB — that are switchable through the remote. I don’t think I’d want to try using it to throw a huge image, but it’s fine for smaller meeting rooms. The only downside I have found — and it’s not huge — is that the fan is a bit loud. IMO that’s not a deal-breaker for a projector that has this level of performance at a very reasonable price. If I were doing presentations every day, or building a dedicated media room, I’d probably spend more money and get something that is quieter and brighter. But for more occasional use, this unit is good. At this price, I would think it’s hard to beat. ... show more

I'm extremely impressed with this projector. Setup was quick, and the built-in official streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube make it incredibly convenient—there's no need to connect an external streaming device. The 3D Dolby Audio combined with the 36W exposed speaker design delivers surprisingly powerful, clear sound. It easily fills a room, and the HDMI ARC support makes it simple to connect to a soundbar or home theater system if you want an even bigger audio experience. Picture quality is outstanding. The high lumens provide a bright, vibrant image even with some ambient light, and the native 1080p Full HD resolution with 4K support makes movies and sports look crisp and detailed. Connectivity is another highlight. WiFi 6 provides fast, reliable streaming, and Bluetooth 5.2 works great for connecting wireless speakers or headphones. The smart setup features are what really set this projector apart. Auto focus, auto keystone correction, auto obstacle avoidance, and auto screen alignment make installation almost effortless. Within seconds, the projector adjusts itself for a perfectly aligned picture. ... show more
