Purchased 3/24 and delivered 3/29. As others stated it comes in many boxes 1-10. Boxes are labeled well so you know how many to expect. They are heavy so definitely render assistance with moving them. You will need 3-4 ppl to assist with building and erecting the 12x 20 size pergola. Frame and other materials are built well, and strong with a nice powder black/charcoal coating. Cherry, from customer service was helpful with a replacement part. All email correspondence was answered( there is a time difference so be patient). Lastly, It hasn’t rained yet, so I can’t speak to the Louvers’ capability. Curtains and netting are very durable. This pergola was ordered in anticipation of our spa being installed. It arrived in several very large boxes. Unfortunately there was hidden damage to parts like dents and dings to posts and bent covers that looked like it was done during manufacturing and packing. All in all the pergola looks great and installation was time consuming but easy (I did most of it myself with some help from my 12-year-old). There unfortunately were some missing parts like spacers for the roof slats and a corner bracket that strengthens the corner. This is unfortunate particularly since these are parts that I can't just pick up at my local hardware store. For a product priced like this, I would have expected better packing and care in packaging the product so, for this I am disappointed and ultimately the reason for the 3 stars. There are some aesthetic items that I believe missed the mark like a finished ring on the bottom of the posts to hide the screws and plastic hangers for the shades that may not last, but time will tell. As there are no magnets at the bottom of the curtains to keep them from billowing when the wind blows, I am a bit concerned how long they will last before ripping but I am going to see if I can find something after market to add. Until the first rainstorm it goes through (next week) I am unsure of the leakage but considering the missing parts, it may be an issue. I believe, had it not been for the dented beams and missing parts, this would be a great value, if you order this item without those issues, you should be very pleased. As a general contractor and homeowner, I am less so.

I have been looking at multiple websites in search of a pergola that would fit right under the gutter and the right size for our deck. The 12’ x 16’ with nettings and curtains is the perfect fit. A lot of thoughts have been put into the design and installation is easy. It does take longer the first-time round. One of the boxes was damaged and we were able to obtain a replacement in a timely manner. It is very well built. It is light enough for my husband and I to assembly it but heavy enough that we do not need to anchor it down since we have it up against the house. The nettings and curtains came in all zipped up and it was a mistake to unzipped them before hanging not realizing they are not of the same lengths. One end is longer to accomodate the center which is a little bit higher so rainwater will flow to the corners. We are happy with our purchase, and customer service is top notch.

We looked at multiple pergolas and this was exactly what we needed. It’s very well made and looks amazing. Powder coated finish is a dark gray. Also comes with screens if you live in a buggy area. Arrived in six separate boxes and one of the boxes was damaged, but the company has great customer service and it was easy to get a few replacement parts. We love the adjustable louvers and it does a decent job redirecting rainwater, but I need to make some adjustments where the beams come together. It also comes with screws to hold it down in case of high winds, but overall once assembled, it seems heavy enough to maintain its position position, but with still recommend the screws if you live in an area with no protection and strong gusts of wind. I would definitely recommend this pergola
