Its not going to last forever, but for the cost I think its a solid value. My only real knock is, its not easy to assemble. Comes in a million parts for compact shipping, so its like assembling an ikea entertainment center. lol

leaking water from everywhere. called customer service they act nice but i told them which part leaking and sent them video and pictures. they keep asking stupid question instead of sending parts. i just bought tarp to cover it. dont buy waste time....

Definitely improve the look of my space Directions are hard to read Construction and Installation was pretty easy Looks clean after being put together The center doesn’t have a lot of support I’m nervous about how it will hold up to snow in the winter Frame materials seem pretty good The roof panels are kinda thin Use care when installing them You definitely need at least two people to build and install this structure Having a good screw gun is a must Has several hundred screws in use Pretty good buy for the money Will update after it’s up for a few months So far so good

I was skeptical about this product too, But the price is enticement. after giving it try, here is my honest review. after some study, we understand this Metal Pergola is different with wood types pergola structure. & we really like the Polycarbonate Roof that do filter UV out, but will not fully block the light for keeping indoor house bright. & we have experience using it for Green house & knew its easy to do replacement if broken. Me & my husband are both retire age, work 2 half days together building it. our advice is be fully Prepared & Patient, have more Supports or Hands, you'll get it. Give little bit adjust room for each screw when you start doing those post joins before tightening it, & don't over tight them. Take time to understand every assembly step. Check & make sure the "Level" constantly. We think this pergola can stand at moderate climate area. we will adding supports at the center under roof for winter snow weight. So, YES, it's good for the price.

I had a plan cement back patio that I needed to transform. I was quoted $15k for a similar system. It took. 2 people and 2 days but was truly transformational. Be sure to read all the instructions through before starting . It will tell you to construct a portion but does not instruct to repeat it 8 times. We were kind of dense and it took a while to get to speed. The end product is so beautiful and has created a summer oasis from a plain cement slab. Now that winter is upon us , it is holding up well and we have zero leaks here in the rainy northwest.

In order to install this gazebo I had to make a few changes to my patio infrastructure. In addition, the flexible design of the gazebo allowed me to avoid having one of the support posts end up in the middle of a window. The product is well engineered and all parts fit together perfectly. I'm very happy to now have my patio protected from the weather! The seller's excellent service deserves special mention. For the few problems I encountered, they quickly provided the parts necessary to finish the installation. I highly recommend the product and this seller to anyone interested.

Do not buy this, leaks everywhere and company doesn’t care. It’s very flimsy and will not stand wind at all again company doesn’t care. You can contact them but won’t get too far with them, horrible customer service and you can forget about getting replacements of any kind

Honestly, this pergola, unlike others, has an accessible opening, it is easy to install, you just have to follow the instructions that come with it. The only thing I don't like is that the roof is very thin, and on the sides where each frame has to be attached, the strip comes off easily and it is very difficult to put it back on. It has two leaks. No matter how many times I tried to seal the frames very well, I couldn't and those two leaks remained.
