I’d been looking at louvered pergolas elsewhere but the available dimensions were a bit odd and currently out of budget, with prices nearly double for some with somewhat similar dimensions. With record temperatures on the Arizona horizon, I decided to search Amazon for potential options. From the description, photos and specifications of this 12' x 16' louvered pergola, I purchased it with pretty high expectations. Well, this pergola did NOT disappoint; it’s sturdy, clearly high quality and it’s honestly downright GORGEOUS. Not only is it sturdy and obviously high-quality, it’s absolutely GORGEOUS! With ≈300 days of sunshine in Ariz☼na annually, having the ability to close the louvers is a luxury and feels like a secret. Our backyard has turned into this stylish, cozy retreat that we (dogs included) never want to leave. We are outside much more often now, actually relaxing and enjoying our transformed space. While there were a few missteps (redos) due to some unclear and/or misunderstood instructions, Cherry in Customer Service was swift to assist. So quick, in fact, that she had already worked on the resolution before I could follow up to advise that the “missing” parts had been found! Thankfully, she was able to stop the shipment of (4) V2s just in time! FYI: The (4) V2s are fastened to the (2) Vs and (2) V1s. You’re welcome. ☺

Don’t buy! The manufacturer was missing screw inserts to screw some of the screws in on one of the beams. Got all the way to step 17 of 19 only to have no one be able to help and to be told that I have to return it to get any money back and no way to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part. This thing came in nine separate boxes, extremely heavy,and I was almost all the way through assembly. Absolute crap
