The five stars is for the product, love it! Looks great on our deck, can’t wait to spend our summer enjoying it. The instructions were only pictures however steps were clear and as to what parts to use……worded instructions would have made the process easier for sure. There were a lot of parts and some tedious assembly, like the square rubber things and the roof panels. It took my husband and I about 18 hours to assemble split into 3 days (a three day weekend) and we have put plenty of structures and “things” together. This was by far the most difficult. We each needed a ladder. Just a word of warning this will not fit under the soffit of a single level ranch home if your deck is under 10 and a half feet wide! It was certainly worth the oil though……so far very happy.

Nothing but good things to say about this product. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is there were a few quirks along the way. Most all parts were labeled, the instructions were relatively easy to follow, and all pre-drilled holes lined up well. This is a beautiful structure! It fit perfectly on my deck and the guttering is welcomed added feature. Kudos to Domi.

Love the final product but took 2 skilled carpenters 2 days to install. They said the roof was hard to put together. Everything had to be precise but the parts are not made precisely but overall I’m very pleased thus far. I would recommend it. I wish it were a little taller at the shortest point but it’s fine for now. Seems very sturdy. Good price!

This gazebo is very nice looking. So much better than the canvas topped cheap ones. Good structure that won't bend in the wind and weather. The rain gutters are nice for keeping the water from draining into your foundation. Some instructions are not detailed. Many steps leave you figuring it out. Look over all your parts and verify everything is in the box before you get started. I was missing many screws. I contacted customer support and they were very quick to respond and correct the issue within 24 hours.

There was a box missing during the original shipment, domi direct did not wait on the excuses from the shipper, rather they shipped the replacement box the very next day! The customer service was impeccable, no forms to fill out, no waiting for weeks on shipper investigations etc. Just plain ole "take care of the customer" I would recommend domi direct based solely on their service, although their products are top of the line also.
