I've been wearing this Champion bra for decades for running and HIIT workouts. I love the support, I find it comfortable and it lasts a very long time! I do believe they are running a bit tighter than in years past. As I have put on weight over the years I have gone up to a size 42 B. I often have to order 42 C due to being out of stock, but the bigger cup works fine. I wish they made a size 44. It does not provide an attractive sillouhette. My girls look like big squashed hamburger buns. But it is the high impact support I am wanting, so all good.

Within the last week I ordered 3 of the same Champion Women's Spot Comfort Full Support Sports Bra on Amazon: white/black/pink. I initially purchased the Champion Women's "Spot" Comfort Full Support Sports Bra from Kohl's within the last week (Mid-March2022) from their sale rack. I am 73 y/o. Working remotely for the last 2 yrs. due to the pandemic, I really didn't have an opportunity to wear most of my bras, other than the over-the-head and racer-back models until recently. In my younger years, my bra size was 34DD. When I recently pulled out all my bras that were not sports bras, none of them fit me. Unfortunately, when one get older one tends to lose all the fat in the upper part of each breast. The DD cup size was way too big. So, off to the bra shop I went and was sized 32C or D, depending on the bra. Personally, I think 32 is too tight for the band, so I decided to go with 34. Anyway, after the bra shop, I went to Kohl's and found the Champion bra in a 34D in gray. I looked at it and thought "This will never work", as there is no underwire or molded cup inside. I was shocked when I put the bra on, felt how comfortable it was and decided to buy it. I am very active and go to the gym daily for either cardio spin 4 times a week, weight lifting/training, and walking/sprints on the indoor track, so I sweat a lot. For me this bra is very comfortable, fits me perfectly, and I do not mind the "slight" unaboob look. At this age, comfort is more important than sexy at the gym. The white Champion bra I ordered came yesterday, and I'm wearing it today while I work and write this review. The black and pink are supposed to arrive later today. Earlier reviews years past, reported the inside seams itched/chafed the skin, but the seams in the gray bra I purchased at Kohl's and the white one I'm wearing today have the inside seams covered quite well and I've had no itching/chafing. Yesterday, I took the day off and was at the gym for several hours doing my cardio/weight lifting routines. I had no problems with the gray bra. Even though I am 120lbs/5'4", some bras are cut under the arms in a way that squeezes the skin out from under my arms/on the sides, very ugly. This bra, at least on me, does not do that. I have a smooth fit under my arms/sides/back. I'm hoping the black and pink bras fit the same way. It just seems that Champion has taken the negative reviews over the years regarding this "Spot Comfort Full Support Sports Bra" and greatly improved it. For me, it's a winner at the gym and beyond. 3/22/22 update: I received the pink and black bras after I wrote the above review. I've worn the grey bra again to the gym and the white and pink. All held up well under intense cardio, bench pressing, deadlifts and free weights. The bras seem to wick away the moisture well. All seem to wash well, but I use a lingerie bag. I do not put in the bras in the dryer. I continue to be pleased with this style and the performance. 3/1/24: I don't own stock in the company, and I'm not an employee. I'm still wearing these bras to run and workout. They are great and are still holding up. I wish the company would make the a front-closure, racerback high impact sports bras with the same material. Maybe someday.

This bra offers great support for running. I like the skin flesh color which is not noticeable under thin shirts. However the strap adjustment could be modified a bit as it is a bit low for shorter gals, and therefore leads to slow sagging. I was to modify this with my sewing machine but did not have time :( The different colors have different thickness of material which could affect support. Unfortunately for some reason, they skyrocketed the price :( to twice what it was being offered at $24 at the time, and is always changing so will be looking for other options in the future. But buying bras online is a bit difficult, so difficult to change styles.

I began my physical fitness journey doing low impact aerobics 40 years ago after the birth of my son, and I needed to lose weight. That is when I purchased my first Champion sports bras which, believe it or not, I have continued to wear. But when the elastic began to crackle, I decided it was time to invest in new bras. My workouts of choice are strength training, weight lifting, and high intensity interval training with barre sprinkled in as well; it should be noted that I do not do high impact training or running. I first tried the big box sports stores, but neither carried Champion. Since Champion had served me well all of this time, I wanted to stay with that brand but kept an open mind and researched other brands. Enter Amazon Prime Day. I finally decided on these bras and ordered two in white and two in nude upsizing the band size by one size as most of the reviews suggested. They are heavenly! Yes, I fully realize that after 40 years bras, like everything else, have come a long way. As time has gone on, it has become more difficult for me to remove racer back bras (which I have always worn and loved) and almost impossible when I am sweaty after a workout, so a back hook-and-eye closure was mandatory even though I was skeptical. When I opened the package the first things I noticed were how light the bras felt in my hand, the quality of the construction, and the overall appealing aesthetic. The straps are wide and soft with a quilted feeling and gel padding preventing chafing and the "digging into the shoulder" effect; the straps are also easily adjusted. The closure in the back has three rows of three hooks for fine tuning the snugness of the band. While doing exercises which require lying on my back, there have been no problems from the bra which actually surprised me. Even though there is no padding the material is sufficiently substantial so that there is no see-through, and I have not been victim of the dreaded "nippling" effect. This underwire free bra has a nice quality, heavy duty elastic band that, after sizing up one, fits perfectly securely, sits firmly but is not too tight, and does not fold, pinch or buckle. The material feels soft and almost silky on the skin with no rubbing or irritation. There is no feeling of being drenched from sweat with the moisture wicking technology, and the mesh portion of the fabric facilitates air flow. During workouts these bras have offered good compression and support yet allowed me to move freely in all directions with no interference. I have worn these bras for high intensity interval training, strength conditioning, weight lifting, and walking, and I could not be more pleased with them. After ordering the first 4, I subsequently have ordered a black one with my only regret being that I did not order more! I actually called my sister and told her about the bra; she promptly ordered 4 for herself. These bras are extremely comfortable and are one of the most comfortable bras (not just sports bras) that I have ever worn; I almost feel as if I am not wearing a bra at all the feel is so lovely. For my purposes, this bra is as close to perfection as a bra could get. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Top 3 Likes: -Beautifully constructed of quality materials -Soft fabric that is comfortable to wear -Great support and compression...approaching sports bra perfection! Top 3 Dislikes: -Like all bras, the band can get tight by the end of the day -Only dislike 1!

I always read customer reviews and I didn’t heed the warnings this time! Caveat emptor! I’ve had a Champion sports bra like this for years. It’s wonderful for workouts and travel on long flights. I was so happy to see this style again, I ignored the reviews that called out these problems: 1) The quality is substandard! Not like the Champion products I’m accustomed! 2) The description says that cups are padded. The style I’ve known is not padded like a bra, rather the cups are slightly thicker for support and modesty. These cups have no coverage at all except for some flimsy spandex. The bra has absolutely no support and the flimsy material does not provide any modesty. Even if you don’t need support and modesty, the bra is way overpriced for what you get. I think what bothers me the most is that formerly reputable companies like Champion have succumbed to very cheap imports. Do they really think their customers are that stupid? It’s really easy to find cheap, inferior imports, but they are almost always not worth your time. Champion, on the other hand, has imported their products from overseas for decades and yet you always received quality products. Not any more! Close your doors, Champion - you don’t deserve the right to sully the name of a once-great company!

Quick review: Good, but not great. I disagree with the listing title stating that it is “High-Impact” for exercise that includes vigorous movement. With that being said, it does feel nice and secure for minimum movement activities such as walking, yoga, running errands, etc. Material is light. The girls poke out at times, which I dislike. Appearance wise, very cute. It seems we are paying for the brand name instead of quality. Long review: I had high hopes for these bras, purchasing 2 on sale. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this at full price. I typically do not spend this much for one sports bra but thought a name brand with fairly decent reviews bra would change my life (lol). Unfortunately, I have to report that it was medium impact at best. I run in the morning, walk in the evenings, and do yoga, HITT, and kickboxing during the week. I found that I enjoyed the fit and the secure feeling when I am doing yoga/walking. I also think it’d be great for errands or road trip comfy. For more vigorous movement in my other activities, this sports bra performed as good as any other sports bra I owned that is not name brand or as pricey. In particular, during HITT it’s not great. Cons: The girls poke out, which I find embarrassing. Some might not care about that, but at the end of the day, I feel that if I’m wearing a bra that shouldn not happen. The description also claims “double dry” which I would disagree with for exercise with lots of movement, especially if it’s outdoor running (but maybe running in the Texas heat does not give the bra a chance?). There is no shape to the cup, the material reminds me of a bikini top. Pros: It does not have that little open slit to insert/fix the padding. I don’t have to get into that, we all know how annoying it can be and I’m very happy to not have to deal with that on this item (then again, there’s not much padding which is why my girls poke out which was one of my cons) The adjustable straps and clasps in the back. This is my first sports bra with these features and I’m very happy with it, I’d like to look for more in the future. All in all, I hope this review helps anyone with larger busts that are involved with lots of movement.

This bra is comfortable, supportive, well-made, and a good price. I ordered up one from my usual band size and down a cup size (just because they don't offer my usual size) and it fits great. Unfortunately it doesn't really hold up on the treadmill portion of my workout. If you're larger-chested and need to be "locked in" during high-impact activities like running, you probably need to keep looking (and spend more on something with more structure and wires).
