So far these lights have worked as advertised. They were installed about 3 weeks ago. They were very easy to install (especially while I watched my kids do all the work while I supervised). They provide a lot more light then expected. We are in the process of remodeling the basement and the drop ceiling has yet to be installed. Of the 24 lights installed only 1 failed within 24 hours. However, customer service was very quick to respond. I had a replacement in 3 days. There was no debate or attempt to avoid standing behind their product. This product so far is a great value for the price. I have 2 more areas to convert from flourescent to LED and will definitely purchase these again. ... show more

I've not used these for any extended period of time. But other identical products have an issue with the drivers. Some lights have worked for years, while some from the same box last but a matter of weeks. I've not been able to find a source for just the drivers. I simply pull a driver from another light and the unit works just fine. I would expect the price for the driver to be less than the ~$10 per unit price for the entire unit, and on previous orders from other suppliers, they just send an entire replacement unit. But the hassle has become too much to determine which light was purchased from which order. Still, these produce a great light at a great price even with maybe a 10% to 15% infant mortality rate. ... show more

Great lights for the ceiling and provides three different colorization throughout the switching and the control box. Makes a dark room extremely bright, makes a medium size room, all bright as well or you can set it to the low end and get a nice low level brown light.

I wasn't sure about the brightness of these and whether I should put them on a dimmer. My kitchen is 25x15, and it is the perfect brightness. Definitely more even than the led tubes we used to have. Could have only taken one person to install, but two people and a fish tape to run the wire with the boxes attached made it easy. Didn't have a problem with making holes the right size.
