I bought this set looking for something comfortable for daily wear and intense workouts, and overall I’m happy with them. They’re soft, breathable, and easy to move in. I’ve worn them for walking, moderate to heavy exercise, and even just lounging, and they do the job well in those situations. That said, I would say these are more medium support, not high impact. If you’re doing intense workouts or running, you may want something with more structure. For reference, I am a 36DDD and bought a large. Perfect fit. I wasn't expecting these bras to be all that great for the price. However I was pleasantly surprised! First off they are very comfortable. Easy to put on and take off. They don't pinch or hold you tight, you don't have the dreaded sports bra uniboob. I bought them to wear under racerback tanks in the summer. I am small-framed (5’2”, 115 lbs.) the small fit well- I felt supported but not constrained. I wore it for tennis, but it was comfortable enough that I kept it on all day. The fabric felt good. I took out the pads (not needed, fabric not see through).

These fit perfectly for me. I ordered an XL, I am 160lbs and 5ft 1in tall. I do have a bigger chest. I took away 2 stars because these are hand wash only and I didn’t know that. I also took a star away because they smell incredibly strong of chemicals. I went to see washing instructions immediately after receiving them because of how strong the chemical smell was. Absolutely amazing sports bra. Thick yet breathable, high quality feeling material with incredible support. They don't move at all, running, jumping jacks, stairs, nothings gonna move em! Very true to size but it's a bit of a tighter fit though not too tight. An absolute steal for the price.
