I went to the local big box home improvement stores and was hit by the price and lousy service. I decided to check Amazon after the nonsense of paying full price for self service. I am glad I did, these were half the price of the stores and I like the quality. I had installed 4 eyeball type form the stores, but when I saw these and the features compared to the stores I said I would try them. The install was easier because of the way they mount and I enjoyed the option to decide my color spectrum. In most cases I prefer white light so cleaning is easy as the dirt shows around the room. I used one in the closet and it it the closet up beautifully. The night light is a great feature in the other rooms as when walking after sundown I can see. I wish the feature to change the color was not in the mount. You have to go to the attic or take the light down if you want to change from daylight color to soft white. If that is the worst observation there is nothing bad to mention. I am putting them up in every room eventually. I would recommend them and will purchase more. The electrical was as easy as putting in any other light. I am building a 900 sq ft addition with a garage. They will definitely be installed in the rooms and garage. I like the fact that they are a great value I have recommended to my family. I have owned a home remodeling business in the past and they rely on my recommendations for ease of installation and true value for their effort and investment. I recommend them for any skill level if you are just replacing the old can lights. If it is a new install, the install effort is subjective to your application, but the product itself is great. These lights are fantastic they are so easy to install they look very durable and they come with everything you need to put these up if you have existing wiring already in a flash. They match well with my existing canister lights that I have in the ceiling. I am hoping to get the 6-in lights next time for another room in the house but I would definitely recommend these and I will buy them again. And the price was fantastic compared to the box stores ... show more

Received and installed today. Lights are easy to install and work as expected. Item description does not describe the lumen control. You can set the “high” intensity by a selector switch on the junction box. Great product so far. Will update if any flaws identified

Love the lights, flexible light intensity option. Easy to install. Bought a 6 pack. 1 light started flickering nonstop on day 2, another would only come at one intensity setting. Tech support thru Amazon sent replacements. All good at this point.

Replaced my old canister recessed lights with these babies. Very sleek design. Just be aware that these lights require wired installation. But very easy to install. The different light lumen settings give a wide selection from warm to white to allow use in different areas of your house.
