One of them already stop working but I have ordered 24 but needed 18.best part is that they’re so slim that they fits in 1/2” drywall even under joist so no need to worry about if there’s joist or not

Excellent value at $7 per light for the 24 pack of 2700K. However, the junction box is almost too small to have one wire come in and one wire leave with 3 sets of connections. The clip also doesn't latch robustly, and I used electrical tape to secure the lid shut. Overall though, very satisfied.

These cans have worked great for me, however, after a few years, some of my cans have started going out. I've purchased new cans, expecting to do a quick swap out for the identical product, but they have made it impossible for compatibility. They used to have a slotted guide quick connect, now they have a flat guide, so now I have to spend the extra time taking everything apart. Also, new 2700k lights look WAY different than existing, so now I have to rewire entire rooms. ... show more

This is a very simple downlight - and very simple to install. Unlike another Sunco product I have, and another brand as well, this one keeps the driver and junction box free of the back of the light. This has positives and negatives - the primary positive being you have total flexibility with about 6-8 of cord to stick that junction box and driver where it makes the most sense. The negative being if you're tight on space and "movement" having to mount that box somewhere might be a pain (it was for me). This does not have a heavy commercial grade "feel" to it with super light weight materials and rather thin wires - but it all works great! The spring on each side of the light really does hold the light in place after cutting your hole. It's nice that it's rated for moist locations as well - so it's good to go for the bathroom ceiling! The little junction box and LED driver combination is light and simple to work with. It has two knock-outs - one on each side of the box - so you can run your wire in and out if needed. Dimming works great for me so far - nice and smooth with minimal flicker as you adjust the dimmer. Lights are very bright and true to stated color (warm white in my case).
