This mattress was the best gift I could have given! My mom has had a ratty old mattress for as long as I could remember and I wanted to get her something new without spending too much money (in case it wasn't the right fit for her). It was super easy for me to lift with another person - not too heavy to carry upstairs. Additionally, it was really easy to set up - just cut the plastic with the included tool and it unrolls on its own. It took about 24 hours fully inflate and settle before laying on it and it was amazing. Super comfortable and noticeably firm without feeling like concrete. The mattress was a great purchase for the price and my mom said that it was the best sleep she has gotten in ages. It ended up being about 12 inches tall and fit a deep-pocket mattress really well. It's comfortable. It's nowhere near medium firm. But it does the trick. The edges collapse easy when sitting on the edge of the bed. You can also feel the springs. Nothing noted really is a deal breaker persay just worth noting. So far I don't regret the purchase I will say I have slept good.
