We bought this for our oldest daughter. She was complaining of lower back pain with her old mattress. We went with this one because it is relatively firm. She paired it with a fiber bed topper she already had purchased and she says it has been great and incredibly comfortable. The mattress was super easy to setup following the instructions in the box and it almost instantly fully expanded and didn't have any annoying off gassing smells. The price was just downright amazing and we couldn't find anything anywhere of this quality online or locally for a price close to this. The mattress is pretty much exactly a twin size as my daughter's old mattress was just very slightly narrower and shorter than her twin platform bedframe, but this fits perfectly edge to edge as you would expect. They definitely didn't skimp on size in any direction to hit the price point. She reports the bed incredibly comfortable and her lower back pain has almost completely vanished and I am contemplating maybe ordering one for her bed frame at college since it is so much nicer than the school provided mattress.

I have a bad lower back that needs a firm mattress or I can barely get out of bed in the morning. I wasn't planning on buying a "bed in a box" because I didn't think it would suit my needs but I can't afford a fancy mattress so I did some research, read some reviews, and decided to give this mattress a try. So far I'm really happy with my purchase. The mattress feels great when I lay on it, it's really comfortable and it's actually a little thicker than my other traditional mattress was. Some people have mentioned that the corners have too much give and I see what they're talking about but it doesn't affect the overall firmness. I'm on the side of heavy right now, over 200 lbs, and I don't sink in at all when I lay down. For me, it's just the right amount of firm without being hard and uncomfortable. Another thing that was brought up in other reviews is that it didn't expand 100%. Mine is about a half an inch less than what it says it should be but you can't tell by looking at it or by laying on it so I'm not bothered by that. The box says you can use within 10 minutes of opening and they aren't kidding. It fully expands as soon as you cut the plastic open. If you can't afford a high end mattress or don't want to, this is a great option. I expect this mattress to last.

We have 2 of these for about a month together, we use them side by side. Had spent months looking for a reasonably priced mattress that was firm enough, and really did not see anything we liked for under $800. reviews for this were excellent, and at about $200 looked like a bargain. One month in, they are very comfortable. Not the most firm of mattresses, but firm enough and very comfortable. I am a big guy and it has held up to my weight with no difficulties. Very easy to unpack by slicing open the plastic packaging, it inflates immediately, and you just let it sit for about an hour. Very happy with this, super reasonable price.

This mattress is EVERYTHING!!! It looks in real life exactly as it does in the photo. It is so plush and aesthetically attractive. I purchased the queen size and it fits perfectly on the frame I purchased (also from Amazon). At the time of purchase, I paid an excellent price so I feel the value for the money is spot on. I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell and I don't notice anything off. I had to wait a week to deploy it because although I ordered them at the same time, the mattress came first so I just kept it in the box until the frame arrived. After assembling the frame, I dragged the heavy box to my bedroom. I put the roll on the frame and carefully cut away the plastic. I implore you to BE CAREFUL! I cut small pieces in order to 1. not cut the mattress and 2. not lose an eye or get hit when the mattress pops open. I'm so glad I did because after removing a few pieces the mattress popped open with a vengeance. Thankfully, I did not get hurt but I can easily see how someone could be caught off guard. I just moved so I didn't really have too much in my small bedroom. If you have a lot of clutter, clear it before you tackle this. Trust me. Trust me. PLEASE trust me. After it is open, you will love it as much as I do. I'm beyond happy with this purchase.
