Received the set up first and was messed up. Definitely from the shipper. Box was torn up very badly and several pieces missing. Contacted the Sellars with pictures and they sent another to me. Perfect shipment that Time. Put it together and everything was there. Very happy with the product and will definitely order from this company again.

Well loved & sturdy for a toddler. My only issue is the putting together. Some steps were missing but you can figure it out fairly easily. My problem was the turning tool to attach the plastic bolts. Its small & gets very uncomfortable fast. Large handed people beware because its a fight

Would highly recommend had a few missing pieces which worried me, but the seller was excellent on communication. I received a replacement and came within a few days couldn’t have been happier. Easy to assemble only took hour and a half. Very sturdy over all I would purchase again.

It’s huge. Very cool play set/playground. When it was delivered it was all in one big box. Opened it and got to work. Set up was decent. Wasn’t hard. Figured it out and tried to follow the instructions as best as I could. Got it done and built it up. It’s cool. I like it.

If you have littles, buy this!! My 3 grandchildren, ages 15 mos and 8 months loved it! We got it as an Easter surprise for them. The toddlers loved climbing on it and going down the slide. It was the perfect size for them and we didn't have to worry about them falling off and getting hurt bc it was toddler sized. The 8 mo enjoyed the swing as well. Took the hubby around 2.5 hours to assemble. The instructions were a bit confusing, but he got it done. Everything is plastic, so it can withstand being outside in rain or shine. 10/10 recommend.

The product is pretty good and has a sturdy build. My grandson loves it. I will be honest, just as others have pointed out, the instructions are helpful at best. I found myself just zooming in on Amazon photos to figure it out. Yet, just like most puzzles, it was fun to put together. Would still recommend.
