Love the portability and ease of use. The only issue I have is if not extended all the way, it's difficult to easily move around. It needs a locking mechanism to keep it secure while partial extended. As you move it, it wants to extend more, kind of pain in the butt. Bought this for use as an attic ladder but it would have many uses. Sturdy, lightweight & collapses enough to get it into a hatchback car. I'm no lightweight and it supported me well. The open/close latches are a little funky but once you get the hang, easy enough. Will be buying another.

What can I say. Ladders like these will never be awesome. You always sacrifice something. You want an AWESOME ladder? Well, it will take space, and it will be heavy. You want something light and that doesn't take much space? Get this one, but it won't be awesome. I've used it now like 5 times. I can 100% say this is flimsy, I do not feel fully safe, BUT I was expecting that. I needed something that could fit in my trunk and that I could set up fast and easy. This ladder does that. One great thing is that the steps close in a safe way (not sure how to describe it, really) but your fingers won't get caught in between steps when folding the ladder. Very happy about that. This ladder is so convenient and easily worth the money. I can put this ladder in my trunk to bring to work with me if needed, and easily transport home again. When fully extended, I am more careful at the top than normal because the joints wiggle slightly. They’re not going anywhere, but it’s enough to throw you off balance if you’re not careful or using it unwisely lol ... show more
