I needed something for a smaller kitchen cabinet to help hold water bottles. This cabinet isn't as deep as my others, and there's less room between cabinets. This was the only shelf I could find that would work. I wish it could hold another bottle, but I'm very happy it fits! You can see it just has enough space, but it works! Kudos to the person that figured out a way to use unused but needed storage space in a pantry! Southern Homewares under the self units are perfect. I have just redone my pantry with the same type of shelving. There is space above the flat things like platters that is totally lost without these under shelf units. As you can see in my attached photo the things I opted to use the units for. In fact I have 2 more under shelf units being delivered tomorrow. These I am going to stack one under the other and use it for my potatoes and onions. I will go to my hardware store with one of the units and have them cut to fit some Plexiglas for the bottom so the veggies don't get bruised by the wires. I am also going to look for one that isn't so deep for my instant pudding and jello mixes that can never stay stacked and go all over the pantry. People ask how I manage to use this type of product in a pantry where things might tend to fall over because of the wire ribs. I took my measurements to my local Ace Hardware store and they cut Plexiglas to my measurements for just a couple of dollars. It is the perfect solution and doesn't need to be done on every shelf just the ones with smaller items. Example my pot and pan shelf doesn’t need Plexiglas. I used the same wire shelving in my clothes closet and have several of these units to hold shoes, hats, folded scarves, and gloves. I think I tripled the capacity of my closet with the shelving and now the under shelving I have added. So many uses for an awesome product. Don’t hesitate in buying, you certainly won’t be sorry and like me you will probably be ordering more. ... show more

They came assembled, all I did was slide them onto a shelf in my armiore. They fit EXACTLY to the dimensions I needed.
