Responsive Customer Support but they're completely unable to help with my issue with the Dual Climate Control. One side blows cold but the Passenger side doesn't. The Android Auto works when it wants to on this unit. You're forced to connect & disconnect multiple times on occasion. You need to manually update applications. I usually check the PlayStore to see if any of the Applications have an update. I have asked Customer Support at least twice and probably 3 times during about two years I've owned this unit about a System Upgrade and to my amazement there's not on yet ? 🤦 The sound quality is extremely sub par at best. To put it in layman's terms , it's been a disappointment for the amount of money I spent on this unit ! 😮💨 I waited a long time before I wrote this review, I've spent a considerable amount of time sitting inside my vehicle while running trying to get this unit dialed in and it's extremely difficult. With the cost one would think this wouldn't be an issue and I'm pretty tech savvy. ... show more

The screen is dull, and it looks cheep. I do not recommend. When the sun hits it, you can't see anything on the display. I plan on removing it, and sending it back.
