Passengers side the temperature actuator don’t work and WiFi connection disconnected every minute, the picture have on the screen is the f150 not the f-250, quality control is poor, bad experience i have to contact the seller

This unit was very easy to install. I was surprised that all the connections fit, and that it functioned with the exception of climate control. I would have rated this unit a 5 except for the fact that it did not perform in Auto mode. It does work well in manual mode. In auto mode the unit does not blend the AC and Heat to properly regulate the temperature. I contacted the manufacturer through e-mail originally, then communicated through WhatsApp. They were responsive and sent me an updated file to install which I did. It did bring the heat up, but then the windows started fogging up. The sent me the original bin file to put back on, and I did. Still not fixed. They offered a partial refund, less than 10%, but I would rather have the issue resolved. I am hoping that it get resolved in the future, because the rest of the features work well. Android auto connects without a hitch, although you must enable it in the apps. There is also no instructions as to how to use the unit, but after some playing it was figured out. ... show more

The screen is dull, and it looks cheep. I do not recommend. When the sun hits it, you can't see anything on the display. I plan on removing it, and sending it back.
