I was so nervous buying a couch online but I really wanted something modular so it could be re arranged to fit our space, and that I didn’t have to pay exorbitant delivery fees for. The couch arrived over a week or so in 5 separate boxes. The boxes were huge, and we were afraid the couch was going to be too large for our small living room, but it ended up being perfect. I was very nervous about it all arriving but it was nice to receive notifications on my shop app (I think they used fed ex and it synched up with the app) of each shipment so I could keep track—but I was still scared until they all arrived. You have to put the covers on the actual cushions and the bottom of the couch, but it wasn’t that hard to do. Make sure you put the cover on the bottom before attaching the pieces together. I actually love that the covers are removable for easy cleaning. We have had the couch for about a month now though and so far it seems to keep clean very well. I was nervous having cats and dogs that the soft corduroy material might snag or show signs of scratches but it has been holding up great. The material feels plush and soft, like a nice fleece blanket. The back and side pillows are so comfy and soft, and I love that it came with some smaller pillows—decorative and match the couch perfectly—but they’re also functional and comfy. I like to put one behind my back and the other behind my head when I’m lying back in the chaise lounge. All of the pillows also have removable covers! A few things to note - though the back and side pillows are very fluffy, the seat cushions are pretty firm. I typically like a cushier seat, however I’m glad these are firm because I think it will hold up longer. The sides of the couch are very high- it makes it difficult to reach an end table but we have found ways to deal with that because there are way more advantages. Once the pieces are connected. It does feel pretty stable, however I’m a little nervous about moving it around with pieces still connected because the sides of the frame seem a little flimsy when I tried just pushing it over a bit. We are not light people though and are very tall- and it offers more than adequate support for our sizes. I must say that I am very happy with this purchase. The couch is comfortable, oversized and I’d say it’s a great value! I’m hoping it lasts many years to come and I hope that this brand sticks around because when we buy a new house I plan on getting a bigger one of the same kind. I highly recommend this couch!

I was scared to buy a couch online but I’m so glad I listened to the reviews. Buy this couch! It is so comfortable, soft, easy to assemble, easy to clean, and easy to move the middle ottoman out and add it to one of the sides for additional seating. It has Velcro on the bottom of the cushions to keep them from sliding around. The customer service is great. We were missing 2 of the connector brackets and they sent replacements immediately and were here within a few days. It has held up great to 2 kids being all over it and it’s big enough for us all to comfortably fit on it and have a lot of extra room.

Easily one of THE MOST comfortable sofas I've sat on. When I started looking for a sofa online, like many of you, I was skeptical of what I'd get. I nearly gave up with the super high prices and crazy low reviews -- until I saw this sofa. It was attractive, elegant, and oversized -- and important feature because I'm about 5'9" with long legs. The sofa arrived in about 8 boxes (one for each base and two for the corner piece back and side rests). Assembling the sofa is simple, I was able to do it myself. It took, maybe, 40 minutes total. Just screw on the legs, insert the back and side pieces if needed, and throw the cushions on. The actual sofa feels like a cloud. I can comfortable sit fully extended. Someone in the 6' range can easily lay down vertically across all three cushions. And it's toddler tested. They can jump around and sleep on it no problem. All of the white accents are removable covers, so they can be removed and washed. I haven't done that yet, but it's awesome that it's an option. I think the only thing that could make the sofa better is if they added some built-in storage. The company themselves are also really good. I had some minor issues with the sofa, and after alerting them and submitting a few videos, they resolved the issue and followed up to make sure I received the replacement pieces, which I appreciated. The seating is thick and comfy -- think a perfectly inflated air mattress with the support of fluff. My friends and their children love this couch. If you're looking for a statement piece and some extra sleep space for yourself or guests, I would definitely suggest this item. The attached photo doesn't do it justice, but alas, I am not a photographer. The color is a warm cream. I absolutely love it. I think this sofa will last a long while and it's definitely worth the money.

4.5 stars. Super easy to put together, but still a pain. I love how it looks in my huge front room! The bottom cushions are pretty firm, but not uncomfortable. The back cushions are not very thick, but I expected that from reading other reviews, and I might just stuff them more myself. The seats are big and deep. Overall I'm thrilled for the price. I am concerned about the fabric holding up, but if the company offers replacements (I don't know if they do, but I hope they do) it wouldn't be hard to replace.

The set up was too big for our living room with our coffee table so we just shifted some things around and put the extra ottoman in a spare room until we need to bring it out for movie nights! So it is versatile. My only suggestion to make it perfect is that the cushions should be a bit more full! So -1 star for that!

A month in, and we're still completely happy with this couch. It actually looks better and bigger than expected, and the massive ottoman is perfect for movie nights. The build is sturdy. You can definitely lean against the armrests and backrests with confidence. As noted by others, the cushions are on the firmer side; while we might prefer a softer cushion, it hasn't been an issue. It seems like it will hold the shape pretty well. My wife tested spot-cleaning, hand-washing, and air-drying it, and the material retained original softness and fluffiness.

Took a few weeks to receive all the boxes for the couch and the tracking did not update at all the entire time. I was scared it wasn’t going to show up but they did! Very easy to assemble but takes some time to put together. It was more stiff than I had anticipated, but not exactly a bad thing as it better supports your back. The cover is soft and easy to remove as well and the green is very pretty. The 8 piece one is massive and just what we were looking for.
