Takes 10 days to FULLY expand. Far more sturdier than I anticipated. Very comfy too, I fall asleep on it all the time (Im 5'9" 220 lbs very muscular). The media could not be loaded. We are so stoked to have gotten a whole couch in just two boxes. Amazing! I can’t stop showing people the time lapse of opening it, so satisfying. It’s a stiff dense foam, supportive and you don’t sink into it. It feels like a good normal height when sitting, not too low. Great cuddling couch- we love the length and width of the chaise. Great functionality of being able to convert it into a bed- it’s a little short for tall people in the bed layout, but you could extend the feet with cushions. We get lots of compliments on it. The green Sherpa material is soft and a lovely color. The wrinkles are from it being vacuum sealed, it fills out nicely and you can steam out the wrinkles. You can feel a slight bulge of material in the middle along the length of the couch, like it’s two layers of dense foam stacked. The cover seems to hide the bulges though, doesn’t bother us. ... show more

It’s like a plywood couch. I was hoping it would be nice, but it is a back and neck killer. I have no idea how to return it now that it’s expanded but hoping there’s a way. The back is so low. It’s not comfy at all! 😢 Seller is doing nothing to help return the item even though it says we can return it up to 30 days. Not as described at all. Sags, pillows are as flat as wash cloths and the couch won't hold a shape. We have taken all steps the company asked us to, to "fluff it up!" Its also only about 22-22 1/2 inches tall. Not 24 like the description says. This is like the TUMU version sold on Amazon. ... show more

Title describes this as a cloud couch, but it’s not. It’s way too firm to pass as one! My husband happens to love it. I prefer more of a pillowed cushion in order to get comfortable. Both boxes arrived on time, and assembly was super easy, and quite entertaining - I must add! If you have young children, don’t let them miss this part. They’ll probably get a kick out of it. Plus, you’ll benefit greatly when it’s time to, “hit” the sofa by smacking it in order to even out any bulky sections. We purchased the darker green. I can’t say enough about the color. It’s beautiful, and has received many compliments. Material is soft and easy to clean. The size and height of this sofa is what we expected. Fits perfectly in our living room. *Bonus: Our cat enjoys the wide flat space that runs along the back side:) ... show more

I, like a lot of people, was not expecting much from this couch . I mean it comes vacuum sealed and compressed in a box. Right after opening, this thig expanded almost immediately. It's very firm and bouncy, but comfy! It comes in 2 boxes luckily, because they are heavy. Probably around 80lb each. I've had it for about 4 months now and it's just great in our apartment and my 2 kids jumping on it. ... show more

Looks decent! Very soft grey fabric! But the memory foam isn't quite as squishy as I'd hoped its def a little hard when it comes to possibly napping or sleeping on it.
